واكاوي تاثير محورهاي عمليات رواني خارج از كشور بر پيامدهاي اقتصادي در ديدگاه رهبر انقلاب اسلامي

Analysis Impacts of Abroad Psychological Operations on Economic Consequences With Emphasis on Viewpoint of the supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution

در اين تحقيق بر مبناي سخنان مقام معظم رهبري، محورهاي عمليات رواني در حوزه­ ي اقتصادي شناسايي شده است. محورهاي عمده­ ي عمليات رواني خارج از كشور به دو دسته محورهاي دروني و بيروني تقسيم‌بندي مي‌شود كه محورهاي دروني (شامل مفسدين اقتصادي، نحوه­ ي تصميم‌گيري و عملكرد غلط مديران) و محورهاي بيروني (شامل دروغ، شايعه و تحريم) مي‌باشد كه اين عوامل موجب اثرگذاشتن بر پيامدهاي منفي اقتصادي (گراني و عدم ثبات كالا، خدشه وارد كردن به امنيت روح و روان جامعه، ايجاد تفرقه و اختلاف در جامعه، القا و تلقين اينكه مديران نظام در اداره اقتصاد كشور ناتوانند) مي‌گردد. در مقاله­ ي حاضر با استفاده از مرور ادبيات و مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي، تعاريف محورهاي دروني و بيروني عمليات رواني ارايه شده و در مرحله­ ي بعدي با استفاده از تحقيقات ميداني، نظرسنجي از فعالان اقتصادي شهر همدان (توزيع كنندگان عمده خواربار و طلافروشان) به اثرات محورهاي عمليات رواني بر اقتصاد كشور پرداخته شده‌است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد، محورهاي دروني و بيروني عمليات رواني بر پيامدهاي منفي اقتصادي اثر دارند. همچنين محورهاي دروني تاثير بيشتري نسبت به محورهاي بيروني در عمليات رواني دارند؛ لذا جهت مقابله با عمليات رواني خارج از كشور بايد به شناخت و بصيرت بيشتري در اين خصوص پرداخته و در داخل نظام با هرگونه بهانه‌اي كه از جانب خارج از كشور بخواهند از آن جو منفي رواني در فضاي اقتصادي ايجاد كنند مقابله نمود.

In This study, the economic aspects of psychological operationsʹ axis, based on words of the supreme leader of Islamic republic of Iran Ayatollah seyyed Ali Khamenei are detected. For that aim authors had used his speeches and messages in different places. The main axes of abroad psychological operations are divided into two categories: internal and external axis. The internal axis includes (economic corruption, faulty decision making and performance management) and external axis includes (lies, rumors and sanction). These factors have a negative influence on economic outcomes (inflation and instability of the product, impairment in safety of the community mental spirit, creating differences in society, inspiration that system administrators are incapable of managing economicsʹ affaires). The purpose of enemies psychological operations is to induce or reinforce behavior favorable to U.S. objectives. They are an important part of the range of diplomatic, informational, military, and economic activities available to the U.S. They can be utilized during both peacetime and conflict. There are three main types: strategic, operational, and tactical .In this paper definitions of internal and external axis of psychological operation are presented by review the literature review and library studies and then by using field studies and surveys of businessman in Hamadan (major grocer distributors and gold sellers), we detected impacts of psychological operation axis on Iranʹs economy. The results show that the internal and external axis of psychological operations against have impacts on economical negative consequences, also internal axis of psychological operations are more effective than external axis. For this research binomial test as one of nonparametric statistical tests. In order to deal with abroad psychological operations, it is necessary to be more aware about this axis and also in system of Islamic Republic deal with any excuse in this case from abroad that they want to create a negative economic environment is important.
