تجربه اقتصادي موفق برخي كشورها در چند دهه اخير، كه تحت تاثير مستقيم عناصر فرهنگي به وقوع پيوسته است، به روشني نشان گر اهميت و جايگاه فرهنگ در پيشرفت اقتصادي مي باشد. اين در حالي است كه آموزه هاي فرهنگ اسلامي سرشار از عناصري است كه در صورت نهادينه شدن در جامعه، نويدبخش آينده اقتصادي روشني خواهد بود. تاثير مثبت دينداري بر رشد و پيشرفت اقتصادي، به طور عمده به نقش انگيزشي آموزه هاي ديني و تاكيد آنها بر عناصري همچون ارزش كار، ارزش علم، وجدان كاري، نظم و انضباط، پاداش الهي در برابر رفتارهاي مثبت اقتصادي، و نيز نقش آنها در سالم سازي فعاليت هاي اقتصادي در كنار وضع قوانين هم سو بازمي گردد كه زمينه ساز رشد و پيشرفت است. با اين حال، برخي از مطالب تحريف شده كه در طول تاريخ به نام دين عرضه گرديده است، از عوامل عقب‌ماندگي جوامع و نيز سلب اعتماد از دين و بي اعتبار نمودن آن به شمار آمده است. از سوي ديگر، اسلام تمامي امكانات و شرايط لازم براي تحقق رشد توليد و بهره برداري كامل از طبيعت را در نظر گرفته است. اين امكانات و وسايل را مي توان به دو دسته تقسيم كرد: ابزارهاي قانوني، و عناصر فكري و فرهنگي. عناصر اخلاقي در فرهنگ اسلامي نيز ـ به خلاف ديدگاه كج انديشان و ناآگاهان ـ تاثيرات مثبت و مستقيمي در مسير پيشرفت اقتصادي ايفا مي كنند، مشروط به آن كه تحليل و تبيين درستي از آنها صورت گيرد و از سوي عموم مردم نيز جامه عمل بپوشد. اين نوشتار ضمن تشريح موارد تاثير فرهنگ بر پيشرفت اقتصادي، به تحليل پاره اي از عناصر اخلاقي ياد شده مي پردازد.

T he successful economic experience of some countries which directly happened under the influence of the cultural elements in the last recent decades clearly shows the importance and position of the culture in the economic development.The Islamic culture teachings are full of the elements which if they are institutionalized it will containa bright and promising future in economy. The positive effect of the religious persuasion on the economic growth and development; generally the motivating role of the religious teachings and its emphasis on the factors such as the importance of work, the importance of science, conscience at work, order and discipline, Godʹs reward for the positive economic and also their role in economic healthy activities beside setting the accompanied rules which cause the economic growth and development.However, some of the distorted and deviationalreligious writings which have been presented as religion during the human history are: factors of society lag and deemed untrustworthy factorsin religions and unreliability. From the other side, Islam has considered all necessities and necessary circumstances for occurring production growth and effective use of nature. These instruments and means are divided in two types: legal instruments and mental and cultural factors. Moral factors in Islamic culture (contrary to thecrooked thinkers) have direct and positive effects on the economic development, if they are analyzed and determined correctly and the public act according to them. Meanwhile, this paper states the cases of cultural effects on the economic development it analyzes some of the moral factors. Keywords: , ,
