واكاوي مفهوم مهندسي فرهنگي با تاكيد بر ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري

The Analysis of the Concept of Cultural Engineering with Emphasizing on the Supreme leaderʹʹs View

مهندسي فرهنگي ضرورتي است اجتناب‌ناپذير كه مقام معظم رهبري بارها به آن اشاره فرموده و آن را از وظايف اصلي شوراي عالي انقلاب فرهنگي شمرده اند. اين امر مهم، مستلزم بررسي همه جانبه ابعاد و مسايل مطرح در مهندسي فرهنگي است. بر اين اساس مقاله حاضر به واكاوي مفهوم مهندسي فرهنگي مي‌پردازد. در اين مقاله ابتدا ضرورت و اهميت موضوع بيان مي‌شود، سپس مفاهيم اساسي از جمله فرهنگ، مهندسي و مهندسي فرهنگي تعريف مي‌شود، هم‌چنين به بررسي سطوح فرهنگ و مهندسي فرهنگي پرداخته مي‌شود. علاوه بر اين، تلاش شده است با بهره‌گيري از كلام رهبر معظم انقلاب اصول حاكم بر مهندسي فرهنگي مورد بررسي قرار گيرد.

C ultural engineering is inevitable necessary that it has been determined by the supreme leader of Islamic republic several times and it has been considered as one of the main duties of Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution by the Supreme Leader of Islamic republic. According to this, the present note is going to study the concept of cultural engineering. This paper has stated the necessity and importance of the subject firstly and then the principle concepts including culture, engineering and cultural engineering have been defined. Also the examination of the culture layers and cultural engineering has been considered. In addition it has been tried to investigate the governing principles of cultural engineering with applying the supreme leader discourses.
