بررسي تعارض نقش اجتماعي زن با مسووليت مادري او و راه حل آن

The Study of Conflict between the Female Social Role and Her Motherly Responsibility

اصالت نقش مادري همراه با عهده داري مسووليت هاي خاص براي زن و در پي آن، لزوم اتخاذ تدابيري براي تسهيل پرداختن به شان مادري و همسري، نتيجه اي است كه نگارنده در اين تحقيق به آن مي رسد. همچنين در اين نگاشته در صدد حل تعارض ميان شان همسري/ مادري و اشتغال بانوان مي باشد. آنچه بيشتر در اين پژوهش مورد تاكيد نگارنده در اثبات مدعاست، تكيه بر تفاوت ها و در راس آنها تفاوت جنسيتي است كه زن را به عنوان حامل و مولد نسل بشر و مربي او مخصوص مي گرداند و بر اين اساس به شان مادري نسبت به مسووليت اجتماعي وي اصالت و اولويت بالذات مي دهد، به گونه اي كه هر مفروض ديگري را تحت الشعاع قرار مي دهد. محور با اهميت ديگر، ضرورت اجتماعي ـ ديني عصر حاضر بر تكثير براي در امان ماندن از پير نسلي در كشور ما ايران است كه از چندي پيش رخ نموده است. از سوي ديگر ايران اسلامي در يك مسابقه جهاني تمدن ساز نمي تواند نيمي از نسل خود را عاطل و در امور اجتماعي و غيره غيرفعال بگذارد، زيرا اتخاذ چنين هدفي به واقع از نظر اسلام مصداق بارز اسراف در نيروي انساني و نكوهيده است. با اين توصيف براي نيل به مقصود، به تدبير كافي براي حل تعارض موجود نياز داريم كه نگارنده در فصل آخر به موارد راهبردي در اين زمينه پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر در مايه بنيادي ـ راهبردي و با روش اسنادي (كتابخانه اي/ آرشيوي) و به شيوه توصيفي در محدوده اجرايي ايران اسلامي فراهم آمده است.

I n this research, the author tries to achieve the originality of motherly role with her specified responsibility as wife and consequently applying methods to facility her motherhood and material role. Also in this paper it has been attempted to solve the conflict between motherly affairs and marital ones and her occupation. What the author is going to emphasize in proving this assertion is reliance on differences and above them is gender differences which specialize woman as carrier and creator of offspring and his teacher and according to this point the motherly concernment is origin and superior in nature to her social charges as other assumptions are affected by. The other important pivot is the present religious – social necessity of giving birth in order to protect our country Iran from becoming an old generation which has happened from a time ago. From the other side, Islamic Iran in a world competence of civilization cannot put aside half of his generation idle and inactive in his social affairs because taking this aim from the perspective of Islam is extravagance of man ability and ithas been rebuked. With respect to this, for achieving this goal we need a sufficient thought to resolve this conflict which has been has determined by the author in the last chapter as a strategy in this field. The present paper with the form of foundation- strategy and with documentary (library/ Archie) method and with descriptive method has been adopted in the limitation of executive of Islamic Iran.
