بررسي قابليتهاي كارآفريني دانشجويان دانشگاه اصفهان

A Survey of Entrepreneurship Capabilities of Isfahan University Students

هدف كلي اين پژوهش بررسي قابليتهاي كارآفريني(استقلال طلبي، كنترل دروني، انگيزه پيشرفت، ريسك‎پذيري و خلاقيت) دانشجويان دانشگاه اصفهان و تاثير آموزشهاي دانشگاهي در افزايش اين قابليتهاست. پژوهش كاربردي است و از روش توصيفي پيمايشي استفاده شده است. به منظور گردآوري داده‎ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. ضريب پايايي پرسشنامه 89/. برآورد شد. نمونه آماري مشتمل بر 250 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه اصفهان در سال 84-83 بود كه از طريق نمونه‎گيري تصادفي طبقه‎اي انتخاب شدند. تجزيه و تحليل داده‎ها در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و از طريق نرم‌افزار SPSS انجام پذيرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه قابليتهاي كارآفريني دانشجويان در زمينه استقلال طلبي، كنترل دروني، انگيزه پيشرفت و خلاقيت بالاتر از حد ميانگين بود، اما نمرات ريسك پذيري از متوسط نمره معيار پايين تر بود. همچنين، آموزشهاي دانشگاهي در پرورش ويژگي هاي كارآفريني در دانشجويان موثر نبوده است.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate entrepreneurship capabilities (independence, internal control, progress motivation, risk- taking and creativity) of Isfahan University students, and specifying the influence of university education on reinforcing such capabilities. In this study a descriptive method has been used. For gathering data a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.89. In order to carry out the project 250 students of Isfahan University in the academic year of 1383-84 / 2004-2005 were selected by random classical sampling method. Two levels of inferential and descriptive statistics by the use of SPSS software have been performed to analyse the data. The results showed that: 1. Entrepreneurship capabilities of the students in the independence, internal control, progress motivation and creativity were more than mean value, but in the case of risk-taking the relevant scores were less than mean value. 2. University education on reinforcing entrepreneurship capabilities of the students has not been effective. 3. Effectiveness of entrepreneurship center education on reinforcing entrepreneurship capabilities such as independence, internal control, progress motivation, risk-taking was refused, but this hypothesis in the case of creativity was accepted.
