رويارويي ايران و روم در عصر ساساني بر اساس كتيبه شاپور بر كعبه زردشت سيروس نصراله‌زاده تاريخ دريافت: 25/6/90 تاريخ تصويب: 5/4/92 چكيده مقاله حاضر درخصوص روابط و سياست خارجي ايران و روم در زمان شاپور اول ساساني است. اين روابط سياسي كه سه جنگ بزرگ را دربرداشته، نقطه عطف بزرگي در تاريخ ساسانيان است. منبع آگاهي ما از اين روابط، برمبناي منابع رومي بوده است. اما در زمان شاپور اول، كتيبه سهزبانه اي بر كعبه زردشت، در نقش رستم فارس، نوشته شده كه شاپور، دستور نوشتن آن را در سه روايت داده است. اين كتيبه منبع مهمي در شناخت ساختار دروني حكومت شاپور و نيز سياست خارجي اوست. در اين كتيبه، سه جنگ با روميان آمده است كه در هيچيك از منابع رومي به اين گستردگي به آنها اشاره نشده است. هدف اين مقاله، بررسي جامع سه نبرد شاپور با روميان و رهاوردهاي آن است. واژه‌هاي كليدي: شاپور اول، كتيبه كعبه زردشت، اردشير اول، سه نبرد شاپور با روم، گرديان، فيليپ، والرين، ايران و انيران

The Confrontation of Iran and Rome in the Sasanian era according to ??pur Inscription on (?KZ) Cyrus Nasrollahzadeh Received: 2011/09/16 Accepted: 2012/06/26 Abstract The present paper is about the relation and the foreign diplomacy of Iran and Rome during the era of ??pur I of Sasanian. This diplomatic relation which included three great wars, has been a considerable point of inclination in the history of Sasanian. Our source on information about these relations has been extracted from the Romans. But during the reign of ??pur I an Inscription in 3 different languages on Ka?ba-ye Zardo?t, in Naqsh-e Rostam of Fars was created, the writing on which has been ordered by ??pur, himself. This inscription reveals an important source of information about the interior structure of ??pur, his reign and his foreign diplomacy. In this inscription three wars with the Romans are explained, but in the Roman sources no sufficient propagation has been revealed. This paper sets to have a comprehensive review of the wars of ??pur with the Romans and their consequences.
