بررسي عوامل موثر بر تمايل باغداران به مشاركت در تشكيل تعاوني هاي توليدگردو در شهرستان تويسركان

An Investigation of Factors Influencing Tendency of Walnut Producers towards Participating in Establishment of Production Cooperatives in Tuyserkan County of Iran

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسي عوامل موثر بر تمايل باغداران به مشاركت در تشكيل تعاوني هاي توليد گردو در شهرستان تويسركان، از نوع مطالعات توصيفي- همبستگي است و در آن، از آمار توصيفي (فراواني، درصد فراواني، ميانگين، كمينه و بيشينه) و آمار تحليلي (همبستگي، رگرسيون و آزمون من- ويتني) استفاده شد. بررسي همبستگي ميان متغيرها نشان داد كه بين ميزان عملكرد، درآمد غيركشاورزي، درآمد كشاورزي، حمايت‌هاي مالي دولتي، زمينه‌هاي اجتماعي‌ و نگرش باغداران و متغير «تمايل به مشاركت» رابطه مثبت و معني‌دار و نيز بين متغيرهاي سن و سابقه باغداري و متغير «تمايل به مشاركت» رابطه منفي و معني‌دار وجود دارد. همچنين، تجزيه و تحليل رگرسيون گام به گام نشان داد كه متغيرهاي نگرش باغداران، درآمد غيركشاورزي، حمايت‌هاي مالي دولتي، سابقه باغداري و زمينه اجتماعي 42 درصد تغييرات متغير وابسته پژوهش حاضر را تبيين مي‌كنند. با توجه به ضرايب استانداردشده، متغير «نگرش باغداران» مهم-ترين عامل در پيش بيني تغييرات متغير وابسته شناخته شد.

This study was conducted to investigate effective factors on the tendency of walnut producers towards participating in establishing walnut production cooperatives in Tuyserkan county of Iran. It was a descriptive-correlation research using both descriptive statistics (frequencies, percentage, mean, minimum and maximum) and analytical statistics (correlation and regression analysis, Mann-Whitney test). Calculating correlations between variables showed positive and statistically significant relations between ʹtendency to participationʹ and performance, off-farm income, on-farm income, capital supports of government, social preconditions and producers’ attitude; in addition, there were found negative and statistically significant relations between ʹtendency to participationʹ and work experience and the age, as well. Stepwise regression analysis indicated that walnut producers’ attitude, off-farm income, capital supports of government, work experience and social preconditions explained a statistically significant portion of variance (R2= 42) for the producers’ tendency to participation. Regarding the standardized coefficients, producers’ attitude was considered as the most effective factor in predicting variance of the dependent variable.
