تدوين راهكارهاي اجرايي استراتژي هاي اداره كل ورزش وجوانان استان كرمان با رويكرد روش كارت امتيازي متوازن

Designing Implementing Strategy Model for General Department of Sport and Youth of Kerman Province by BSC Approach

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش تبيين مدل اجرايي استراتژي اداره كل ورزش كرمان با رويكرد استادان تربيت بدني آموزش عالي، مديران اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان كرمان، مديران عامل باشگاهها ي حاضر در لي گ برتر و دانشجو يان دوره كارشناسي ارشد رشته مديريت ورزشي بودند كه از بين آنها براي بخش كم?ي 22 نفر و در بخش كيفي 8 نفر به طور هدفمند براي نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند.براي گردآوري اطلاعات مورد نياز در بخش كمي از پرسش نامه محقق سا خته استفاده شد كه روايي آن توسط 15 نفر از متخصص ان رشته به تاييد رسيدكه از نظر آماري در حد قابل (?=0/ مديريت ورزشي مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و پايايي آن با آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه و با ضريب ( 82 قبول و بالايي پذيرفته شده است. در بخش كيفي نيز از مصاحبه كيفي استفاده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات جمع آوري شده در بخش كيفي از روش استقراي منطقي استفاده شد و در بخش كم?ي از آزمون مجذوركاي، كلموگروف اسميرنف و آلفاي كرونباخ به كار گرفته شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه اداره كل ورزش كرمان داراي چهار منظر مالي، مشتري، فرآيندهاي داخلي، يادگيري و رشد، 14 استراتژي در منظرهاي مختلف، 29 هدف استراتژيك، 84 سنجه و 112 اقدامات و ابتكارات مي باشد. در نهايت مي توان نتيجه گرفت به دليل ارتباط بين چشم انداز و استراتژي ها با اهداف استراتژيك، سنجه ها و اقدامات اداره كل ورزش استان كرمان در منظرهاي مختلف، علاوه بر اجرا ي استراتژ ي، قابليت ايجاد زمينه تحقّق اهداف بلندمد?ت اين سازمان را دارد

The purpose of this research was to designing implementing strategy model for department of sport and youth of kerman province by BSC approach.The statistical sample of this research was 30 individuals of physical education professors of higher education institues of province and administrative managers of sport teams super leagues and high levels of the province sport managers and students of master of administrative management of sport. The sample of this study were chosen purposefully (22 people in the quantitative study, and 8 people in the qualitative study). The qualitative interview and self-made questioner were used as investigation tools. Reliability and validity of self-made questioner were assured by physical education experts and university faculty members opinions. The pilot study as well as internal validity was found to be applicable by cronbachʹs alpha coefficient (?=. /82). Collected data analyzed by x2, Klomogorov Smirnov, cronbachʹs alpha, and logical inductive reasoning. The research finding showed the department of sport of kerman province had four perspectives ,such as finance ,customer ,internal process ,learning and growth, 14 strategy in the different perspectives as well as 29 strategic objective, 84 measurements, 112 initiatives. Ultimately, it can be concluded that suggested perspectives ,strategic objectives ,measurements, qualitative objectives, and initiatives have potentiality of being applied in practicing strategies due to the relationship between department of sport of kerman vision and strategies and its strategies objectives, measurements, and initiatives.
