Designing Relationship Model of Emotional Intelligence and Multiple Intelligence in Kohgloyah and Boyer-Ahmad Province, General Administration of Youth and Sport

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحي مدل ارتباطي هوش چندگانه و هوش هيجاني كاركنان اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش 121 نفر از كاركنان اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان كهگيلويه و بوير احمد بود كه همه آنها به طور كل شمار براي نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. براي تحقق اهداف پژوهش از دو پرسش نامه هوش چندگانه گاردنر(1999) و هوش هيجاني سيبرياشرينگ(1986) استفاده شد. روايي پرسش نامه ها به تاييد 15 نفر از متخصصان رسيد و پايايي آن ها در يك مطالعه مقدماتي با 30 آزمودني به ترتيب 81/0 و 89/0 محاسبه شد. به منظور تحليل داده ها از آزمون توصيفي و استنباطي از جمله t تك نمونه اي، تحليل عاملي تاييدي و معادلات ساختاري با كمك نرم افزارهاي SPSS.V.20 و AMOS.V.18 استفاده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد هوش هاي چند‌گانه و هيجاني كاركنان در اداره كل مزبور در سطح مطلوبي قرار دارند. بين هوش چندگانه و هوش هيجاني و مولفه هاي آنها ارتباطات معنادار وجود دارد. همچنين هوش چندگانه با ضريب مسير 41/0 بر هوش هيجاني كاركنان اثر گذار بود و مدل ارتباطي آنها از برازش مطلوبي برخوردار بود. لذا با توجه به اين كه هوش چندگانه از مجموع چند هوش شكل مي گيرد و هوش هيجاني قابليت آموزش دارد، براي افزايش كارآيي و اثربخشي منابع انساني در اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان كهگلويه و بوير احمد و افزايش هوش هيجاني آنها بهره گيري از هوش چندگانه توصيه مي گردد.

The purpose of this study was to design relationship model of emotional intelligence and multiple intelligence in Kohgloyah and Boyer-Ahmad province General Administration of youth and sport. Statistical population included all personnel of Kohgloyah and Boyer-Ahmad General Administration of Youth and Sport (N = 121), that all of them were chosen purposefully for research sample. The Gardner (1999) questionnaire of multiple intelligence and Siberia Shrink (1986) questionnaire of emotional intelligence were used to achieve the research objectives. Validity of the two questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability were studied in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.81, and 0.87 respectively. Analysis of the collected data done by descriptive approach and inferential statistics methods, including single sample t-test, confirmation factor analysis and structural equations through SPSS.V.20 and AMOS.V.20 software. Results of the research showed that multiple intelligence and emotional intelligence in Kohgloyah and Boyer-Ahmad province General Administration of Youth and Sport are desirable. There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and multiple intelligence and all their sub-scales. Emotional intelligence has a noteworthy effect on multiple intelligence in Kohgloyah and Boyer-Ahmad province General Administration of Sports and Youth. Also their relationship model has desirable goodness. Since multiple intelligence has been created of many forms of other intelligences, and the emotional intelligence can be educated, it is recommended to use the multiple intelligences for increasing human resources effectiveness and efficiency in Kohgloyah and Boyer-Ahmad province, General Administration of youth and sport.
