تحليل نيروهاي عامل بر دانشگاه كارآفرين و انتقال فناوري دانشگاهي؛ رويكرد ميان‌رشته‌اي

Analysis of the Forces Operating in an Entrepreneurial University and Academic Technology Transfer; Interdisciplinary Approach

شكل‌گيري دانشگاه كارآفرين از دل دانشگاه سنتي، محصول تاثير متقابل نيروهاي مختلفي است كه خلاقيت و كنش جمعي، از ويژگي‌هاي بارز آن است. پس از آن كه دانشگاه به سطح بالاتري از تراز انرژي يعني از سطح دانشگاه سنتي به سطح دانشگاه كارآفرين منتقل مي‌گردد، تعادل نيروها براي حفظ شرايط به گونه‌اي الزامي است كه دانشگاه به وضعيت سابق باز نگردد. پس از شكل‌گيري دانشگاه كارآفرين، همين‌گونه نيروها بر فرايند انتقال فناوري و تجاري‌سازي دستاوردهاي تحقيقاتي دانشگاه نيز به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين سرفصل‌هاي مهم ماموريت سوم دانشگاهي تاثيرگذارند. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحقيق كتابخانه‌اي و با بهره‌گيري از نگاه فرارشته‌اي، به تحليل نيروهاي موثر بر شكل‌گيري دانشگاه كارآفرين و انتقال فناوري از منظر ديناميك (نيروهاي جانب و گريز از مركز)، تغيير اجتماعي (كرت لوين)، زبان‌شناسي، فيزيك الكتريسيته و روان‌شناسي مي‌پردازد. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد نيروهاي پيش‌برنده مانند "تامين مالي و تجهيزات تحقيق، شناخت بازار، يادگيري و ..." و بازدارنده مانند "به شدت كاربردي شدن تحقيقات و بازاري شدن كاركرد دانشگاه" مي‌تواند با توجه به شرايط در خروج از ثبات، تغيير و ثبات مجدد موثر باشد.

The formation of the entrepreneurial university from the traditional university,is the product of the interaction of the various forces that creativity and collective action is the common characteristics of it. When the University moved to a higher level of energy balance, in other words, from the traditional to the entrepreneurial university level, balance of the forces to maintain the conditions is required so that university wouldn’t go back to the former situattion. After the formation of the entrepreneur university, similarly forces affect the process of technology transfer and commercialization of research findings As one of the most important topics of the third mission of the university. The present Research uses library research and with use of multidisciplinary perspective, analyzes the forces shaping the entrepreneurial university and technology transfer from the perspective of the dynamics, Social Change, linguistics, the physics of electricity, and psychology. The findings suggests that driving forces and restraining forces (The intensity of the applied research and becoming market university) due to circumstances may help to instability, Change, and finally, stability.
