تحليل جامعه‌شناختي درك و تصوّر كنشگران اجتماعي از جرايم زنان

Sociological Analysis of Social Actors’ Perceptions about Women’s Crimes

اين تحقيق به روش كيفي انجام‌ شده است و تلاش مي‌كند تحليلي جامعه‌شناختي از درك و تصور كنشگران اجتماعي از جرايم زنان ارايه دهد. بي‌ترديد جرايم زنان ابعاد پيچيده‌اي دارد كه در بسترهاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي جامعه ريشه دارد و با شناخت و فهم اين ريشه‌ها مي‌توان به دلايل زنان براي ارتكاب جرم پي برد و زواياي پنهان آن را آشكار كرد. يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق براساس مصاحبه‌هاي عميق كيفي با 51 زن و مرد تهراني به‌دست آمده و سعي دارد تصوّر كنشگران اجتماعي و نوع قضاوت آنها را درباره جرايم زنان دريابد. از ديد كنشگران اجتماعي، جرايم زنان با عواملي چون فقر، نياز مالي، اوضاع نامساعد زندگي، نارضايتي از همسر، و استيلاي مردانه تبيين‌پذير است. انجام اين‌گونه تحقيقات زمينه‌اي را فراهم مي‌سازد تا فاصله ميان واقعيت اجتماعي جرايم زنان و ذهنيت اجتماعي شناسايي شود. ذهنيت اجتماعي درباب جرايم زنان برحسب جنسيت مي‌تواند تصاوير متفاوتي ارايه كند. باتوجه به كيفي‌بودن تحقيق، نويسندگان به‌هيچ‌وجه قصد تعميم‌ يافته‌هاي تحقيق را در سطح كلان ندارند، هرچند يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش با بسياري از تحقيقات كيفي و كمّي و نيز نظريات مختلف جامعه‌شناسي و جرم‌شناسي مطابقت دارد.

This research was conducted using qualitative methods and attempts to provide a sociological analysis on perception of social actors about women’s crimes. Women’s crimes have complex dimensions which are rooted in social, economic and cultural contexts. Recognizing and understanding the root of women’s crimes could explain the cause of their criminality and also reveal the hidden aspects of the problem. The findings presented here were obtained through deep qualitative interviews with 51 men and women in Tehran whom are asked to present their views on women’s crimes. From the view point of social actors, women’s crimes is explained by some factors such as poverty, financial needs, poor living conditions, marital dissatisfaction and male dominance. This kind of research can help to identify the gap between the reality of women’s crimes and the perception of people toward that. Due to the nature of qualitative research, the authors have no intention to generalize the findings at the macro level, though the results of the present research is corresponding to both qualitative and quantitative findings as well as various theories of sociology and criminology.
