Principles and Components of Work and Job Creating in the Holy Qur’ān

در اين نوشتار، ماهيت، معنا و مفهوم كار و كارآفريني، خلاقيت و نوآوري، ويژگي‏هاي يك كارآفرين و انواع كارآفريني اجتماعي در قرآن و روايات به بحث گذارده شده است. روش انجام پژوهش توصيفي از نوع تحليل اسنادي است. عمده‏ترين يافته‌هاي پژوهش عبارت‏اند از اينكه؛ اولاً آيات قرآن درباره كار و كوشش در قلمرو حيات به قدري فراوان و متنوع است كه با كمال صراحت مي توان گفت، اسلام دين كار و كوشش است، به طوري كه در آموزه‏هاي قرآني و روايي، كار در رديف عبادت آمده است. ثانياً خداوند اولين خلاق و نوآور جهان خلقت و مبدع آن است. انسان نيز به عنوان خليفه الهي، از صفت خلاقيّت برخوردار است. ثالثاً، ريسك‏پذيري منطقي، توفيق‏طلبي و عمل صالح از ويژگي‏هاي كارآفرين در قرآن بوده و مولفه‏هايي مانند صدقه، زكات، نذر و احسان، زمينه‏هاي كارآفريني را فراهم مي‏آورد.

Principles and Components of Work and Job Creating in the Holy Qur’?n Mahdi Amiri Zohreh Amiri In this article, the concept of work and job creation, innovation, characteristics of a job creator and different types of social job creation in the Qur’?n and traditions are put to discussion. The method used in carrying out this research is of documentation analysis type. The most major findings of the research are as follows: firstly, the Qur’?n’s verses concerning work and struggle in the domain of life are so abundant and various that in the Qur’?nic and narrational teachings, work has been considered as equal to worship. Secondly, God is the first Creator and Innovator of the world of creation. Similarly, as God’s vicegerent, man also enjoys the quality of creativity. Thirdly, logical risk-acceptance, asking God’s favor and pious act are among the characteristics of the job creator in the Qur’?n and such components as charity, alms, vows, and practicing benevolence prepare the ground for job creating.
