ارزيابي نقش گردشگري خانه‌هاي دوم در تنوع بخشي به اقتصاد روستايي(مطالعه موردي: دهستان حصار وليعصر در شهرستان آوج)

The Assessment of the Role of Second Homes Tourism in Rural Economic Diversification (Case Study: Hesar-e-Valiasr Dehestan of Avaj County)

هدف: اين تحقيق به بررسي نقش خانه هاي دوم گردشگري در تنوع بخشي به اقتصاد روستايي و بهبود ايجاد فرصت هاي شغلي و درآمد ساكنين دايمي در روستاهاي دهستان حصار وليعصر مي پردازد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي و روش مورد استفاده از نوع تحليلي- توصيفي است. براي گردآوري داده ها با بهره گيري از روش هاي ميداني، از تعداد 358 خانوار ساكن دايمي در روستاهاي نمونه، با روش نمونه گيري كوكران 170 مورد انتخاب شد. براي تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون هاي آماري از قبيل ويلكاكسون، t تك نمونه‌اي، كروسكال واليس و همبستگي اسپيرمن استفاده گرديد. يافته‌ها: نتايج مطالعه بيانگر وجود تفاوت معناداري در دو دوره زماني قبل و بعد از گسترش خانه‌هاي دوم در مولفه‌هاي تنوع بخشي اقتصاد روستايي است. به طوري كه، مولفه‌هاي ايجاد اشتغال غير كشاورزي و بهبود زيرساخت‌هاي توليدي به ترتيب بيشترين و مولفه ايجاد اشتغال در زمينه كشاورزي كمترين ميزان را نشان مي‌دهد. علاوه بر اين، نتيجه رتبه‌بندي شاخص هاي تنوع بخشي به اقتصاد روستايي نيز نشان مي‌دهد كه روستاهاي چنگوره و اسماعيل‌آباد بالاترين ميزان و روستاهاي قره‌بلاغ و آبدره پايين‌ترين جايگاه را داشته‌اند. محدوديت‌ها: مهمترين محدوديت هاي اين تحقيق عبارتند از: همكاري اندك برخي از مسيولين محلي و فقدان اطلاعات در مورد خانه هاي دوم و تعداد آنها در روستاهاي مورد بررسي. راهكارهاي عملي: با توجه به يافته هاي تحقيق كه نشان دهنده تاثير مثبت توسعه گردشگري خانه هاي دوم در ايجاد تنوع در فعاليت هاي اقتصادي مناطق روستايي از ديدگاه ساكنين محلي است، مي توان از آن به عنوان ابزاري در راستاي نيل به توسعه پايدار روستايي در مناطق روستايي و بويژه روستاهاي در معرض تخليه استفاده كرد. اصالت/ ارزش: اهميت پژوهش حاضر در اين است كه تاثيرات گسترش خانه هاي دوم گردشگري در تنوع بخشي به اقتصاد روستايي در منطقه مورد مطالعه را مورد بررسي قرار مي دهد. لذا از يافته هاي تحقيق مي تواند در تشريح نقش فعاليت هاي غير كشاورزي در توسعه روستايي و نگهداشت جمعيت در مناطق روستايي مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

Purpose: This study investigats the role of tourism second homes in rural economy diversification and improvement of creating jobs and income opportunities of permanent residents in the Hesar-e- Valiasr Dehestan. Methodology: This research is applied and the method is analytical– descriptive. Data collected by the use of field studies, from a total number of 358 permanent households in sample settlements, 170 respondents were selected by using Cochran formula. For data analysis, statistical tests such as Wilcoxon, One sample T test, Kruskal Wallis and Spearman correlation coefficient were used. Finding: The results of the study show a significant difference in diversification of rural economy in the periods before and after expanding second homes from the perspective of the respondents in the study area, so that the indicators of non- agricultural job creation and improvement of manufacturing infrastructures show the highest rate respectively and the index of job creation in were highly affected respectively and the index of job creation in agricultural activities shows the lowest. Furthermore, the result of the ranking of economic diversification indicators shows that the villages of Changureh and Esmaelabad had the highest and the villages of Abdareh and Qarabolagh are of the lowest rank. Research limitations: The most important limitations of the study are: Low cooperation of some local authorities, the lack of information about second homes, and their numbers in studied villages. Practical implications: Research findings indicate the positive impact of second homes tourism development in diversification of economic activities in rural areas from the local residents’ viewpoints, It can be used as a tool to achieve sustainable development in rural areas, particularly in villages exposed to depopulation. Original/value: The importance of this research is to investigate the impacts of expanding tourism second homes in rural economic diversification in the study area. Therefore, the research finding can be used in the explanation of the role of non- agricultural activities and population maintenance in rural areas.
