Pathology of Implementing Knowledge Management System in Organization on the Basis of Life Cycle Pattern

امروزه با توجه به احساس نياز سازمانها و تاكيد مجامع علمي، شاهد تلاش روز افزون سازمان‌ها جهت طراحي و به‌كارگيري پروژه‌هاي مديريت دانش هستيم. با اين وجود، اجرا و انجام هر طرحي به ويژه زماني كه در مراحل آغازين خود باشد، مبرا از ريسك و خطر نيست. بديهي است عدم وقوف از خطرات احتمالي و مديريت آن موجب شكست سازمان‌ها خواهد شد. بر اين اساس، هدف از نگارش اين مقاله شناسايي آسيب‌هاي پياده‌سازي نظام مديريت دانش در سازمان بر اساس الگوي چرخه حيات در جامعه آماري است. سوال اصلي مقاله حاضر عبارت است از اين كه محورهاي آسيب پذيري پروژه مديريت دانش در جامعه آماري كدام‌اند؟ جامعه آماري پژوهش كاشناسان و مديران شركت پتروشيمي رازي مي‌باشد و با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده به تعيين نمونه پرداخته شد. روش گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه حضوري بوده و از روش تحقيق توصيفي- همبستگي استفاده شده است. نتايج مقاله حاكي از وجود آسيب‌هايي در تمام مراحل چرخه حيات مديريت دانش است. در پايان پيشنهاداتي براي اجتناب از اين قبيل آسيب‌ها براي مديران ارايه شده است.

Nowadays, we can see the increased attempts of the organizations for design and application of knowledge management projects. However, implementing any plan is not without any risk especially when it is in the starting stage. It is obvious that lack of knowledge of risks leads to organization fall. Based on this, the purpose of this research is to identify the problems of implementing knowledge management system in the organization on the basis of life cycle pattern in the society of the research. The main question of the study is that what is the problematic axis of knowledge management project in the society of the research. The society of the research includes managers and experts of Razi petrochemical company and the sampling was done randomly. The gathering data method was using the questionnaires. The results of the paper showed that there are problems in all parts of the knowledge management life cycle. Eventually, some recommendations were presented to the managers to prevent such problems.
