ارزيابي عوامل موثر بر رضايتمندي روستاييان از مسكن روستايي (مطالعه موردي: منطقه اورامانات استان كرمانشاه)

Review and Assessment of Factors Influencing Villagersʹʹ Satisfaction with Rural Housing (Case Study: Avramanat Region, Kermanshah Province)

هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر ارزيابي سطح رضايت روستاييان منطقه اورامانات استان كرمانشاه و شناسايي عوامل موثر بر رضايتمندي آن ها از واحد مسكوني خود است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي- تحليلي مي باشد. 22279 خانوار روستايي ساكن در چهار شهرستان واقع در منطقه اورامانات استان كرمانشاه جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را تشكيل مي دهند. ازاين ميان، 280 خانوار به روش نمونه-گيري طبقه اي و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب گرديد. ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه اي بود كه اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه و كارشناسان بنياد مسكن روايي صوري آن را تاييد كردند و پايايي آن با انجام پيش آزمون و محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (84/0) تاييد شده است. يافته ها: نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل هاي آماري در نرم افزار SPSS نشان مي دهد كه رضايتمندي افراد موردمطالعه از مسكن خود پايين تر از حد متوسط مي باشد. همچنين، نتايج تحليل واريانس نشان داد رضايتمندي روستاييان منطقه موردمطالعه از واحد مسكوني خود درمورد چهار شاخص رفاهي، بهداشتي، كالبدي و تاسيسات، در همه شهرستان هاي منطقه اورامانات در سطح 99% اطمينان معنا دار است. نتايج تست دانكن نشان داد شهرستان جوانرود به لحاظ سطح رضايتمندي روستاييان از واحد مسكوني اي كه در آن زندگي مي كنند، در پايين ترين سطح رضايت قرار دارد. محدوديت‌ها: بالابودن هزينه تكميل پرسشنامه ها، با توجه به گستردگي محدوده موردمطالعه، از اصلي ترين چالش هاي پيش روي محققان در پژوهش حاضر بود.

Purpose: The study is descriptive and analytical that was performed with the aim of the Study and Evaluation of the rural satisfaction level in Avramanat region of Kermanshah Province and identifys the factors affecting their satisfaction of their housing units. Methodology: The studies populations are Consists of 22279 rural households in 4 cities in of Kermanshah Province is located in the Avramanat that based on the Cochran formula were considered 280 persons as a sample size. The instrument was a questionnaire survey. Finding: According to the results of this study that was performed through the SPSS software, Patients satisfaction of their housing is lower than medium. Also, the results showed that the four-factor analysis of variance (welfare, health, and physical facilities) affecting villagersʹ satisfactions with their study area of housing, the entire city area Avramanat level of 0.01 are significant. Duncan test results showed the city peers in terms of satisfaction level of rural housing, or housing in which they live, is the lowest level of satisfaction. Therefore, planners and policy makers need to look particularly rural housing is. Research limitation: One of the main challenges in this study is high costs of completing the questionnaire, according to the extent of the study area, the main challenges facing researchers in this study. Practical implications: According to the findings, suggestions included providing a program of the government in the short term (shock) for medium-term and long-term programs and Javanrood city to other city in this case to prevent the emptying of villages and reach goals stability, have been proposed. Original/value: This study is important from this point of view, we can define the satisfaction of villagers from their houses (given that many rural housing construction in rural area is), coming and understanding of the right affecting satisfaction to be used in construction.
