ارزيابي اثر مهارت هاي مديريتي بر بهره وري مرغداري هاي تخم گذار استان اصفهان

Assessing the Impact of Management Skills on the Productivity of Lying Farms in Isfahan Province

هدف: صنعت مرغداري كه از زيربخش هاي كشاورزي است، توانسته با جذب سرمايه و به كار گيري فناوري هاي روز جهان، جايگاه ويژه اي در توليد و اشتغال كشور كسب كند. اين مهم نيازمند پيروي از روش هاي مديريتي نوين و منطبق با اصول اقتصادي است. با توجه به اهميت اين صنعت، هدف اصلي از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسي اثر مهارت هاي مديريتي بر بهره وري مرغداري هاي تخم گذار استان اصفهان است. روش: تحقيق حاضر مطالعه اي كاربردي است كه اطلاعات موردنياز آن از روش ميداني به دست آمده است. مهارت هاي مديريتي در سه حيطه ادراكي، انساني و فني موردارزيابي قرار گرفت كه براي اين منظور اقدام به شاخص سازي با استفاده از تحليل عاملي شد و متغير وابسته بهره وري نيز با استفاده از شاخص عددي فيشر براي هر واحد محاسبه گرديد. جامعه آماري 70 واحد مرغداري تخم گذار استان بود كه با استفاده از پرسشنامه اي محقق ساخته سرشماري شدند. روايي و پايايي ابزار اندازه گيري با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ و آماره K.M.O برابربا 712/0 و 803/0 محاسبه گرديد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد بهره وري مرغداري ها با استفاده از شاخص فيشر درمجموع بين 0721/1 تا 9642/0 و ميانگين آن 993417/0 است. نتايج حاصل از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون مبين وجود رابطه معنا دار بين مهارت هاي ادراكي، انساني و فني مديران با بهره وري مرغداري ها در سطح 99% اطمينان است. نتايج آزمون تحليل رگرسيون چندمتغيره نيز نشان داد كه درمجموع مهارت هاي مديريتي، تصميم گيري اقتصادي، سن پولت، ظرفيت پولت و ويژگي هاي جغرافيايي مرغداري، به طور مستقيم بر بهره وري اثر مي گذارند. محدوديت‌ها/ راهبردها: با توجه به يافته هاي تحقيق كه مويد موثربودن بعد ادراكي و انساني مديران بر بهره وري مرغداري ها مي باشند، پيشنهاد مي گردد در تحقيقات آينده عوامل موثر بر بهبود مهارت هاي انساني و ادراكي بررسي شود. راهكارهاي عملي: با توجه به نقش موثر مهارت هاي انساني، ادراكي و فني مديريتي در بهبود بهره وري در بخش طيور، ضروري است كه علاوه بر مهارت فني گام هاي اثربخشي درجهت بهبود مهارت هاي انساني و ادراكي برداشته شود. اصالت و ارزش: پژوهش حاضر از اين نظر داراي اهميت است كه تاكنون اثر ابعاد ادراكي و انساني مهارت هاي مديريتي بر ارتقاي بهره وري بخش كشاورزي سنجيده نشده است.

Purpose: The poultry industry is one of the sub-agricultural sectors that is able to attract capital and apply updated world technology to earn a special place in production and employment in the country. This position requires adherence to modern management methods and consistency with economic fundamentals. Given the importance of this industry, this study investigated the effect of managerial skills on the productivity of laying flocks of Isfahan. Methodology: This study is an applied research that the major part of data collection was based on field studies. Management skills in three areas, i.e., conceptual, human and technical were evaluated. For this purpose, index making was done by using factor analysis. Productivity as the dependent variable for each unit was calculated using the Fisherʹs numerical index. The population was 70 units of laying flocks, which were census using a questionnaire designed by the researcher. Validity and reliability of measurement instruments calculated using Cronbach Alpha and KMO statistic equal to 0.712 and 0.803. Finding: The results showed that the total productivity of farms using the Fisher index was between 1/0721 and 0.9642 and the mean is 0/993417. The results of the Pearson correlation test showed a significant relationship between farm productivity and cognitive, human and technical skills of managers at the 99% level of confidence. Results of multivariate regression analysis showed that management skills, economic decision, pulletʹs ages, pullet capacity and geographical features farm have direct effects on productivity. Research limitation: According to research findings that confirm the effectiveness of the human and the perceptual dimension of managers on farm productivity, it is recommended that the effective factors on human and perceptual skills be investigated in future studies. Practical implication: Given the role of human, conceptual and technical skills of management in productivity improvement in the poultry sector, it is essential that, in addition to technical skills, human and conceptual skills steps are taken into consideration to improve effectiveness. Original/value: In this regard, this study is important that, so far, the effect of human perception and management skills to enhance agricultural productivity has not been assessed.
