ارزيابي ميزان سازگاري كاربري هاي پيراموني آثار تاريخي با توسعه گردشگري شهري نمونه موردي: منطقه تاريخي - فرهنگي تبريز

در مبحث گردشگري فرهنگي- تاريخي، كاربري هاي همجوار آثار تاريخي از حيث تعامل گردشگر با فضا اهميت دارد، در اغلب موارد كاربري هاي پيرامون اماكن تاريخي سازگاري اندكي با فضاهاي تاريخي داشته و مكان هاي ارزشمند تاريخي به نقاطي منفك و فارغ از فضاهاي متصل به آن ها به ويژه به لحاظ عملكرد فضايي مي گردند. مبناي نوشتار حاضر ارزيابي ميزان سازگاري كاربري هاي پيرامون آثار تاريخي در منطقه تاريخي - فرهنگي تبريز در راستاي جذب گردشگر مي باشد. براي انجام اين ارزيابي، داده هاي مورد نياز از طريق تكميل پرسشنامه از جمعيت گردشگر جمع آوري شده و پس از استخراج نتايج پرسشنامه ها، با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS در قالب آزمون هاي كي 2 و دو جمله اي جهت يافتن رابطه ميان متغيرها، محاسبات آماري انجام گرفته است. نتايج نشان مي دهد: تغيير الگوي كاربري اراضي پيرامون آثار تاريخي در راستاي جذب گردشگر، تمايل گردشگران را براي صرف زمان بيشتر جهت بازديد از آثار موجود افزايش مي دهد، بنابراين بايد برنامه ريزي موثري جهت ايجاد فضاهاي پشتيبان و خدمات رفاهي در فضاهاي پيرامون آثار تاريخي انجام گيرد، از طرف ديگر در نظر گيري مسيرهاي گردشگري و طراحي رينگ هاي ارتباطي پياده در حدفاصل فضاهاي واجد ارزش تاريخي، همراه با توقفگاه ها و تسهيلات ويژه براي گردشگران يك انگيزش قوي براي زايش فضاهاي جديد در بافت تاريخي را ايجاد كرده و پويايي و حيات را در درون بافت تاريخي جارپي مي سازد.

In historical-cultural tourism discussions, vicinity applications of historical places are important in terms of the interaction of tourist with the place. In most cases the surrounding applications of historical places have less compatibility with historical spaces and result in conversion of the valuable historical places to the separated places and free from the spaces connected to them especially in terms of spatial function. This paper is based on evaluating the compatibility rate of the surrounding applications of historical works in cultural-historical area of Tabriz with the aim of attracting tourists. In order to do this the needed data have been collected from tourists by using questionnaire, and the statistical calculations are made to find the relationships between the variable using SPSS software and chi-square tests. The results show that changing the application patterns of surrounding spaces of historical works would increase the residence period of tourists and visitors of historical places. Therefore there should be an effective planning to provide supportive and service spaces surrounding the historical places. On the other hand considering the tourism paths and designing the connecting rings in the distance between historical spaces, along with special facilities, can create a strong incitement for generating new spaces in historical textures and make them desirable and lively places.
