This paper by reviewing the discourse between interro- gator and the suspect, In addition to the different approaches of police interroga- tion and study of various linguistic techniques in the investigation and analysis of various linguistic features in Confession, is intending to show the characteristics of a qualified interpreter should possess and how the absence of a Qualified lan- guage interpreter in this situation can disrupt the chain of justice.
