The Role of Discipline and Work Ethic in Development and Progress of Society with Respect to Islamic Teachings and Culture

مفهوم كار بدون انضباط و وجدان كاري كامل نيست. در صورتي كه افراد جامعه كارها را بدون در نظر گرفتن اين مولفه‌ها انجام دهند، در طول زمان از اهداف مور نظر باز مي‌مانند. بنابر اين لازم است در كنار مفهوم كار، انضباط و وجدان كاري نيز تعريف شود تا با اتصال به آن بتوان جامعه را به سر منزل مقصود رساند. پيشوايان دين، مردم را به داشتن انضباط و وجدان در كار دعوت كرده‌اند و در سخنانش مردم را به داشتن آنها رهنمون ساخته و آثار شايسته آن را بيان نموده اند. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي نقش و جايگاه انضباط و وجدان كاري در پيشرفت و توسعه جامعه بر مبناي فرهنگ و آموزه هاي اسلامي است. روش مورد استفاده در اين تحقيق براي جمع آوري اطلاعات و تجزيه و تحليل آنها به صورت كتابخانه اي است. روش مورد استفاده در سازمان دهي و انجام تحقيق، توصيفي و تحليلي است. معاني و مفاهيم كار، وجدان، وجدان كاري و انضباط، جايگاه و اهميت وجدان كاري، جايگاه و اهميت نظم و انضباط، مولفه هاي انضباط، مولفه هاي وجدان كاري، راه كارهاي ايجاد و تقويت وجدان كاري و راه كارهاي ايجاد نظم و انضباط در كار در اين تحقيق بررسي و تحليل شده است.

T he concept of work without the existence of discipline and work ethic is not complete. If the society people without considering these components do works, they cannot achieve the considered targets during the time. Therefore, besides the concept of work it should be defined the discipline and work ethic so that the society can access the goals with connecting to it. The Islamic religious leaders have invited people to have discipline and work ethic and in their speeches they channel people toward discipline and work ethic and its glorious effects. The aim of this research is to explore the role and position of discipline and work ethic in development and progress of society according to Islamic teachings and culture. The method of research is to collect information and analyzing them is library research. The method which has been used in organizing and adopting research is descriptive – analytic method. The meaning and concept of work, conscience, work ethic and discipline, the position and importance of work ethic, the position and importance of discipline and order, the components of discipline in work, the components of having work ethic, strategies for creating and strengthening of work ethic, , strategies for creating discipline in work has been examined and analyzed.
