Examination of the relationship between the use internet and social isolation Case study: (students of Islamic Azad university of Tabriz)

مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه بين استفاده از اينترنت و انزواي اجتماعي دانشجويان و با روش همبستگي انجام گرفته است وجامعه آماري آن شامل دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تبريز بودكه حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 378 نفر با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي نسبتي انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به بررسي موضوع مورد تحقيق پرداخته شده و ميزان پايايي آن با استفاده ازضريب آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان دادكه رابطه بين ميزاناستفاده از اينترنت و انزواي اجتماعي معنادار، مثبت ومستقيم بوده وهم چنين ميزان استفاده ازاينترنت وعضويتدرشبكه‌هاي اجتماعي نيز باابعاد انزواي اجتماعي (احساس ياس،عجز و احساس تنهايي) رابطه مثبت و مستقيم دارد. واژگان كليدي:اينترنت، انزواي اجتماعي واحساس تنهايي.

Internet changes daily life. It also, changes global and local boundaries and it is for the creation of new channels for communication and interaction and also, it makes possible to make any additional tasks as a network. This research examined the relationship between internet use and social isolation of students. The statistical population was the students of Islamic Azad university of Tabriz, and the sample size was 378 students using Cochran formula. The research method is stratified proportional random sampling; and the data selected using a questionnaire. The results show that the relationship between the use of internet and social isolation is significant. Also there is a relationship between the rate of internet use and the membership in social networks with the dimensions of social isolation namely feeling of despair, helplessness, and loneliness.
