The Design and codification of the strategic plan beach volleyball in IRAN

 هدف تحقیق حاضر طراحی و تدوین برنامه راهبردی والیبال ساحلی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. روش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی است. در بخش نظرسنجی از پرسشنامه تحلیل سوات (84.60/.=α) استفاده گردید. بدین منظور50 نفر از كارشناسان والیبال ساحلی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و از آنها نظرسنجی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها علاوه بر شاخص­های توصیفی، آزمون فریدمن ،از ماتریس های ارزیابی درونی و بیرونی، تحلیل سوات و ماتریس كمّی برنامه­ ریزی راهبردی استفاده شد. یافته­ های پژوهش نشان­ داد والیبال ساحلی در وضعیت كنونی از 15 قوت و 21 ضعف برخوردار و با 12 فرصت و 13 تهدید مواجه می­ باشد. در نقاط قوت والیبال ساحلی كشور، گویه مطرح بودن والیبال ساحلی به عنوان تنها ورزش ساحلی در المپیك بالاترین میزان اهمیتو در بخش ضعف گویه نبود یك سیستم استعداد­یابی به عنوان بالاترین نقطه ضعف و در بخش فرصت ها گویه وجود خط ساحلی 3000 كیلومتری در كشور بالاترین میزان اهمیت و در بخش تهدید­ها گویه انگیزه های مالی بیشتر در رشته های دیگر به عنوان بالاترین مورد كه والیبال ساحلی كشور را مورد تهدید قرار می­ دهد، انتخاب گردید. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل محرز شد كه فدراسیون والیبال در بخش ساحلی در موقعیت محافظه كارانه قرار داردكه می بایستی  از  راهبردهای محافظه كارانه استفاده نماید. در كل 2 راهبرد تهاجمی، 3 راهبرد رقابتی، 8 راهبرد محافظه كارانهو 2 راهبردتدافعیجهت تبدیل نقاط ضعف به قدرت و تهدیدها به فرصت‏ ها برای توسعه والیبال ساحلی ارائه شده است.

The purpose of this research was to design a strategic plan for Beach volleyball IR.IRAN. In the survey section, the questionnaire of SWOT analysis=α)./84.60) were used. Therefore 60 experts in beach volleyball selected as sample and surveyed. For data analysis, the researcher used the descriptive indexes, as well Friedman test, internal and external assessment matrixes, SWOT analysis and QSPM. The research findings indicate that Beach Volleyball at the present situation encounters 15 strengths, 21 weaknesses, 12 opportunities, and 13 threats. In the points of strengths the beach volleyball of the country brings up this question: The only beach sports in Olympic Games have the highest scale of importance and in the point of weakness a brings of these questions the lack of a talent scout system. it holds research was to design a strategic plan for Beach volleyball IR.IRAN.in this research descriptive analysis was used the researcher used documents analysis, literature review and survey to collect necessary information for this research. In the survey section, the questionnaire of SWOT analysis the highest point of weakness in the eyes of the experts and in the division of opportunities bring of the question: the existence of 3000 kilometers coastline in the country. it hold the highest points and in view of  threats  , the more financial motivations in other majors as the highest in the country that beach volleyball is a threat , were selected. After the analysis, it got clear that the volleyball Federation in this special section is in WO status and the use of the conservative strategies is recommended for it. Overall 2 SO Strategy, 3 ST strategy, 8 strategy WO and 2 WT strategies to convert weaknesses into strengths and Threats and opportunities is presented for development beach volleyball IRAN
