جايگاه مولفه دفاعي – امنيتي در تحكيم و توسعه اقتدار ملي از منظر امام خميني(ره) و آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي

The Role and Status of Security Defense Component on Consolidation and Development of National Authority

در جوامع انساني، به‌ويژه در حوزه سياست و امنيت، قدرت كه با مفاهيم پايه‌اي همچون بقاي ارزش‌هاي حياتي و حاكميت پيوند دارد، از اهميت حياتي برخوردار است. قدرتي كه با ويژگي‌هايي مانند «مشروعيت»، «نفوذ» و «كارآمدي» همراه باشد، اقتدار خوانده مي‌شود. دولت‌ملت‌ها همواره تلاش مي‌كنند منابع و روش‌هاي توليد و بازتوليد اقتدار خود در سطح ملي را حفظ نموده و گسترش دهند. باتوجه‌به اهميت مفهوم اقتدار ملي، شناخت مولفه‌هاي آن و تبيين جايگاه و تاثير هر مولفه ضروري است. اين پژوهش كه كاربردي‌توسعه‌اي است و از روش مطالعات موردي‌زمينه‌اي بهره مي‌گيرد، درصدد است با تبيين مهم‌ترين مولفه اقتدار ملي، يعني مولفه دفاعي‌امنيتي، جايگاه و تاثير آن را در تحكيم و توسعه اقتدار ملي ج.ا.ا تبيين كند. در همين راستا، بررسي نظرهاي حضرت امام و مقام معظم رهبري به‌عنوان رهبران و بنيان‌گذاران نظام، پايه اصلي پژوهش قرار مي‌گيرد. اين پژوهش به اين نتيجه مي‌رسد كه مولفه دفاعي‌امنيتي جايگاه ويژه‌اي در ابعاد مادي و عيني اقتدار ملي دارد، اما پايه اصلي و توان تاثيرگذاري آن متكي بر ابعاد معنوي است.

In human societies, particularly in the area of politics and security, power that is linked to the basic concepts such as sovereignty and survival of vital values, has an important position. The power with features such as “legitimacy”, “influence” and “efficiency” is called authority. Governments always strive to maintain and expand their sources and methods of production and reproduction of authority at national level. Considering the importance of national authority, the recognition of its components and explanation of influence and position of each component is necessary. Present study, which is developmental- applicable research, by employing case study technique and also explanation of the most important component of national authority, i.e. security defense, is attempting to make clear its role in the consolidation and development of national authority of Islamic Republic of Iran. Hence,opinions of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei, the supreme leader, as founders of Islamic republic of Iran were reviewed as well. Results of present study indicated that the security defense component has a special status in national authority’s material and objective aspects but main base of its influence is relying upon spiritual dimension.
