Ethnicity and its dimensions in Iran

با توجه به انگيزش خواستهاي قومي در گستره جهاني و دامن زدن به منابع قومي ناسيوناليسم چنين به نظر مي‌رسد كه در دهه آينده كليه كشورها به نحوي با اين مسيله مواجه خواهند شد. از آنجا كه قوميت يكي از شاخص‌هاي عمده در شناخت ظرفيت طبيعي كشورها براي نيل به ثبات و دوري از خشونت به حساب مي‌آيد امنيت كشورها در دهه آينده بدون توجه به اين بعد رقم نخواهد خورد. در جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز به نظر مي‌رسد كه اين موضوع با توجه به تعدد گروه‌هاي قومي و پيشينه تاريخي‌شان خواه ناخواه مطرح خواهد شد. وجود يك قطب قوميتي در غرب و جنوب شرقي كشور و همراهي با دو گسست ديني و به ويژه اقتصادي و تحريكات بيگانگان مي‌تواند خطرآفرين باشد. در اين مقاله به اين مهم پرداخته شده است.

With respect to universal ethnic demands and provoking nationalist ethnic sources, it seems that all countries will somehow face this problem in the next decade. Since ethnicity is considered as a major index indicative of the natural capacity of countries to achieve stability and avoid violence, they cannot assure their security in the next decade irrespective of ethnicity. It seems that, in the Islamic Republic of Iran, too, this issue will be propounded due to the diversity of the ethnic groups and their historical backgrounds. The existence of an ethnic pole in the west and south west of the country alongside the religious and economic inconsistencies and provocation of these ethnic elements by foreign enemies can be dangerous. This paper deals with this important issue.
