چكيده فارسي :
يكي از مهم‌ترين دغدغه‌هاي مشترك همه افراد بشر، از گذشته تاكنون، امنيت بوده است. اما هر چه بر عمر انسان افزوده شده، از امنيت وي كاسته شده است. بشر امروز بيش از هر زماني دغدغه امنيت رواني، فردي، سياسي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي، ملي، جهاني و ديگر سطوح و ابعاد امنيت را دارد. با عنايت به اسوه بودن سيره اجتماعي و فردي پيامبر ، تبيين سيره امنيتي آن حضرت مي‌تواند در راستاي تامين امنيت افراد بشر در ابعاد مختلف آن، موثر باشد. مقاله حاضر در همين جهت نگارش يافته است. فرضيه اساسي مقاله اين است كه سيره نبوي ظرفيت لازم براي پاسخگويي به مشكلات امنيتي انسان امروز را دارد و اساسآ هيچ امكاني فراروي بشر امروز، براي رسيدن به امن وآسايش نيست، جز رو آوردن به آموزه‌هاي نبوي. با توجه به ابعاد گسترده بحث امنيت، در اين پژوهش تنها مختصري از مباحث امنيت در سيره نبوي آمده است. در سيره امنيتي پيامبر اعظم تهديدات اصلي امنيت انسان و جامعه انساني تهديدات دروني است. از اين رو در بحث امنيت فردي «موانع دروني كمال» و به تعبير ديگر «ظلم به خود» جز تهديدات به حساب مي‌آيد و در حوزه جهاني استبداد، استكبار و در يك كلام «ظلم به ديگران» تهديد مي‌باشد. فرمايش پيامبر مكرم اسلام در خصوص جهاد اكبر و اصغر نيز اشاره به چنين مضموني است. اهم اصولي كه در تامين امنيت مورد توجه پيامبر اعظم بوده است از اين قرار است: صلح‌طلبي و پرهيز از تعصب در برخورد با مخالفان، مبارزه با جنگ افروزان و فتنه انگيزان، پرهيز از استبداد و اجبار، ظلم ستيزي، پايبندي به پيمان و برخورد با پيمان شكنان، پايبندي به قوانين الهي، درآميختن نرمش و واقعيت، برقراري عدل و قسط و انفاق و رسيدگي به فقرا و محرومان.

Security has been one of the most important concerns of man throughout the history. But, he gradually enjoyed less security. Today’s man is worried about his psychological, personal, political, cultural, economical, social, national, global and other types of security more than any other times. Since the Prophet’s behavior is exemplary, the study of his approaches to security can be helpful in providing security for man. The present paper has the same goal. The basic hypothesis of the paper is that the Prophet’s behavior can provide us with solutions for the security problems of today’s man and that there is no other way except referring to the Prophetic teachings to reach security and peace. Since the subject has various dimensions, this paper only briefly concentrates on security in the Prophet’s behavior. According to his teachings, the major threat to the security of man and human society is the internal threat. As a result, with respect to personal security, we consider the internal barriers of perfection, i.e. oppressing one’s self, as a threat. And at the global level, we consider oppressing others as a threat. Clearly, we should stand against such threats. The statement of the holy prophet about the major and minor jihad has the same content. He had the following principles for providing security in mind: seeking peace and avoiding prejudice in encountering the opponents, fighting against warmongers and mischief-makers, avoiding despotism, resisting against oppression, observing treaties and resisting against renegers, obeying divine laws, moderation, establishing justice and equality, helping the poor and the needy. In sum, the world would not reach security unless it resorts to the Prophet’s conducts and behaviors.
