بررسي پايگاه اجتماعي وزيران دولت يازدهم جمهوري اسلامي ايران

يكي از عوامل مهم توسعه‌يافتگي در هر كشور، عمل و فكر نخبگان است. به عبارت ديگر توسعه‌يافتگي كشورها ارتباط مستقيمي با نخبگان دارد؛ معاشرت منطقي و سازمان يافته ميان نخبگان فكري و نخبگان ابزاري مي‌تواند سرنوشت يك جامعه را تعيين كند. نخبگان گروه‌هايي هستند كه به دليل برتري در عرصه‌هاي مختلف زندگي اجتماعي از بقيه اعضاي جامعه جدا مي‌باشند. ظرفيت‌هاي فكري، قابليت‌هاي اجرايي و تصميم گيري‌هاي مديريتي، نخبگان را در وضعيتي قرار داده كه بايستي آنان را از اركان مهم توسعه هر جامعه دانست. مطالعه پايگاه اجتماعي و گرايش سياسي نخبگان هر جامعه از موضوعات مهم جامعه شناسي سياسي بوده كه خود در تعيين و اجراي سياست‌ها و تصميمات آنان اهميت بسزايي دارد؛ در اين راستا وزيران به عنوان عناصر عمده و اصلي اجرايي داراي نقشي بي بديل و منحصر به فرد هستند كه در اين پژوهش بدان پرداخته خواهد شد. با بررسي و تحليل اطلاعات مربوط به سن، جنسيت، وضعيت تحصيلي، شغل، گرايش سياسي و ... مي‌توان به پايگاه اجتماعي افراد پي برد. اين پژوهش با روش توصيفي و با در نظر داشتن شاخص‌هاي ياد شده به بررسي و تحليل پايگاه اجتماعي و گرايشات سياسي وزيران دولت حسن روحاني مي پردازد. نتايج حاصله از پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه پايگاه اجتماعي كابينه يازدهم متعلق به طبقه متوسط و سوابق سياسي آنان نشان دهنده گرايش به اعتدال و ميانه روي در رفتار سياسي مي باشد.

One of the most important factors in the development of each country is elites’ action and thoughts. In other words, the development of countries has a direct correlation with the elite; logical and organized association among the intellectual elite and elite tool can determine the fate of a society. Elites are types of groups which because of excellence in various fields of social life are separated from the rest of society. Intellectual capacity, functionality and managerial decision making put the elites in a position that they should be a part of important elements in the development of any society. The studying of social base and political inclinations of elites in each society is an important part of political sociology that is significant in determining and doing the policies and its decisions. Accordingly, secretaries, as an important source of execution have unique role that will be addressed later in this research. By analyzing data on age, gender, educational status, occupation, political affiliation and one can be realizes the social status of people. This study with its descriptive method by mentioning the aforementioned indexes considers and analyzes the social status and political inclinations of president Rohani’s secretaries. The results of the study showed that the social status of the Eleventh Government belongs to middle-class and their political records show their trend toward moderation in political behavior.
