پراكندگي قدرت و ستيزه‌هاي ايلي در آذربايجان درآستانه تاسيس دولت قاجار

Dispersion of Power and Tribal Conflicts in Azerbaijan in the Wake of Establishment of Qajar Government

چكيده با مرگ كريم خان زند و منازعات خونين بين بازماندگان زندي بر سر ميراث او و به دنبال آن كاهش و زوال قدرت دولت مركزي، به رسم تاريخ سياسي ايران، بار ديگر فرصتي ايجاد شد تا قدرت‌هاي منطقه‌اي و ايلي در ايالات و ولايات مختلف براساس ميزان توان و قدرت سياسي و نظامي خود، درصدد بسط قدرت خويش، خودمختاري، دستيابي به سلطنت و يا نقش آفريني در معادلات قدرت برآيند. آذربايجان با موقعيت ويژه و مهمِ خود، با توجه به تنوع قدرت‌هاي ايلي و منطقه‌اي و پراكندگي آنها در جغرافياي اين ايالت، بخش مهمي از اين قدرت نمايي‌هاي سياسي و نظامي را تجربه نمود. قدرت‌هاي ايلي آذربايجان و در راس آنها دنبلي‌ها و افشارها كه به صورت سنتي از گذشته هر كدام بر بخش‌هايي از اين ايالت وسيع و ثروتمند حكومت داشتند، با مرگ كريم خان زند به نقش آفريني سياسي دست زدند و از طرفي اين ايالت مورد توجه ديگر مدعيان قدرت از جمله علي مرادخان زند و آقامحمد خان قاجار نيز قرار گرفت و هركدام سعي كردند از اين پراكندگي و تنوع قدرت بهره ببرند. در نهايت آقامحمد خان قاجار توانست با بهره‌گيري از اختلافات و ستيزه‌هاي ايلي مدعيان قدرت در آذربايجان، گام مهمي براي رسيدن به سلطنت را بردارد.

Abstract With the death of Karim Khan Zand and bloody disputes between Zand heirs regarding his legacy and the subsequent decline and fall of the power of the central government, as is typical in Iranian political history, once again an opportunity was created for regional and tribal powers in various states and provinces to expand their power and autonomy, seize the throne, or play a role in the power equations, based on their political and military power. Due to its unique and important position and diversity of tribal and regional powers and their geographical distribution throughout this state, Azerbaijan experienced an important part of these displays of political and military power. With the death of Karim Khan Zand, Azerbaijan tribal powers and mainly Donbalis and Afshars that they ruled traditionally over part of this rast and rich state for a arhil, tegau to play a political role with the death of Karim Khan Zand. On the other hand, this state attracted the attention of other claimants to power includingAli Mardan Khan Zand and Agha Mohammad Khan Qajar and they tried to take advantage of this dispersion and diversity of power seprately. Eventually, by taking advantage of tribal disputes and conflicts of power contenders in Azerbaijan, Agha Mohammad Khan Qajar managed to take an important step towards seizing the throne.
