Developing desertification management plan in Sabzevar region

رابطه با كنترل بيابا ن زايي بايد متكي بر شناخت وضعيت فعلي بياباني شدن و شدت آن باشد . هدف از اين پژوهش ار ايه برنامه مديريت بيابان زايي بر اساس نقشه ريسك بيابان زايي مي باشد. بعد از اين كه نقشه واحدهاي كار ي (رخساره هاي ژيومورفولوژي ) منطقه سبزوار تهيه گرديد، در هر يك از آن ها صورت گرفت و نقشه خطر بيابان زايي تهيه شد . از ضرب MICD ارزش دهي بر اساس مدل و كلاس درجه (E) در كلاس هاي عناصر در معرض خطر (H) كلاس هاي خطر بيابان زايي عدد ريسك براي ه ر واحد كاري محاسبه شد كه از كلاس بندي اين اعداد، (V) آسيب پذيري عناصر به دست آمد . سپس در هر واحد كاري، با استفاده از كلاس هاي ريسك، شرايط (R) كلاس هاي ريسك منطقه و شاخص هاي مهم بيابان زايي، راهكارها و برنامه هاي مديريتي بيابان زايي ارايه شد. اين راهكارها در قالب 4 راهبرد و 10 برنامه مديريت خطر بيابان زايي معرفي و نقشه برنامه مديريتي براي منطقه 0 درصد) سطح منطقه / 37 درصد) و كم ترين ( 08 / سبزوار تهيه گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه بيش ترين ( 44 اولويت سوم ) به خود اختصاص ) IIIc اولويت دوم) و كلاس ) IIb مورد مطالعه را به ترتيب كلاس دشت هاي رسي، مخروط افكنه ها و قسمت بزرگي از تپه هاي ماسه اي ارگ IIb داده است . كلاس در اراضي با كاربري مراتع : ،(IIb) خارتوران را پوشش داد . شاخص هاي موثر در بيابان زايي اين طبقه پوشش گياهي موثر در خاك و مقاومت فشاري خاك در شرايط خشك و در اراضي بدون كاربري: آثار بادساييدگي خاك و آثار انباشت خاك بودند . با توجه به شاخص هاي موثر در بيابان زايي منطقه، براي كلاس IIb برنامه هاي مديريتي چون بوته كاري، احيا رويشگاه ها و احداث بادشكن پيشنهاد شد.

Desertification is one of the greatest environmental challenges at present. Practical activities in controlling desertification must be based on current desertification situation and its severity. The aim of this research, the presentation of desertification management plan is based on desertification risk map. Once produced, the work-unit map (geomorphological facies) of Sabzevar, a scoring process in each unit according to the MICD model and the desertification hazard map was done. The risk number was defined for each work-unit by multiplying desertification hazard classes to elements at risk and vulnerability of the elements at risk and risk classes were obtained by classification of risk number. Then, management strategies and schedules were defined on the basis of the risk classes, field’s characteristics and important desertification indices in each work unit. These strategies were introduced in the frame of 4 strategy and 10 desertification management plans and the map of desertification management plan for Sabzevar was prepared. The results showed that: The largest share of the area (i.e. 37.44%) and the smallest (i.e. 0.08%) were devoted to the classes of IIb and IIIc respectively. The IIb class covered mostly clay pans, alluvial fans and also enclosed a large proportion of the Erg-e-Khartouran sand dunes. The effective indices in desertification of the IIb class were effective vegetation cover in soil and soil’s pressure resistance in arid conditions in the rangeland category and were soil surface traces of wind abrasion and sand accumulation in the areas lacking of landuse. According to the effective desertification indices in the area for the IIb class, a managerial plan such as planting shrubs, revitalizing the vegetation stand and establishing wind breaks was proposed.
