بررسي قابليت هاي كارآفريني و ميزان اثربخشي نظام آموزشي بر افزايش آن در دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام نور

Evaluating the Ability of Entrepreneurial and Effectiveness of the Education System on the Rise of it ,in Payame Noor University Students

يكي از اهداف مهم نظام آموزش عالي كشور، پرورش نيروي انساني متخصص و مورد نياز جامعه است. با توجه به روند افزايش جمعيت و تقاضا براي ورود به دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالي از يك‌سو و مشكلات اقتصادي دولت از سوي ديگر، مساله «كارآفريني» اهميت ويژه‌اي يافته است. در اين راستا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي و ارزيابي قابليت هاي كارآفريني (ريسك پذيري، انگيزه پيشرفت، كنترل دروني، ميل به استقلال و خلاقيت) دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام نور شكل گرفته است. در اين مطالعه از 450 نفر از دانشجويان اين دانشگاه در تهران خواسته شد تا به سوالات پرسش نامه اي با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 89/0 و شيوه ليكرت پاسخ گويند. نتايج مطالعه نشان مي دهد كه ميان خلاقيت و استقلال طلبي دانشجويان و تمايل آن ها به كارآفريني رابطه معناداري وجود دارد؛ ريسك پذيري در دانشجويان مرد بيشتر از دانشجويان زن و در مقابل كانون كنترل دروني و استقلال طلبي در دانشجويان زن به طور معنا‌داري از دانشجويان مرد بيشتر است. انگيزه پيشرفت، كانون كنترل دروني و استقلال طلبي در دانشجويان علوم پايه و مهندسي به طور معنا‌داري بيشتر از دانشجويان علوم انساني و خلاقيت در دانشجويان غير شاغل به طور معنا‌داري بيشتر از دانشجويان شاغل است. كانون كنترل دروني و انگيزه پيشرفت در دانشجوياني كه دوره آموزشي كارآفريني گذرانده‌اند به طور معناداري بيشتر از دانشجوياني است كه دوره آموزشي كارآفريني را نگذرانده‌اند و فعاليت هاي آموزشي دانشگاه با مولفه-هاي خلاقيت و انگيزه پيشرفت مرتبط است

One of the main goals of education is the development of skilled manpower . Due to the increasing population and demand for entering the universities and higher education institutions and also the economic problems, the issue of "entrepreneurs" is an important matter The aim of this paper is to evaluate the ability of entrepreneurial in Payame Noor university. It asked 450 students at this University in Tehran to answer the questionnaire with 0.86% Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient and Likert respond method. The results show that: There is a significant and meaningful relation between student ʹs Creativity and independence and their willingness to entrepreneurship; Risk taking in male students is more than female students; Internal locus of control and independence in female students were significantly higher than male students; Achievement motivation, Internal locus of control and independence in basic science and engineering students were significantly more than the students in the humanities and Creativity in unemployed students was more than Employed ones. Internal locus of control and achievement motivation in Students who passed the Entrepreneurship course was more than Students who donʹ t passed it ;and Educational activities were related to the development of the components of creativity and motivation.
