تاثير سبك هاي رهبري بر كارآفريني سازماني در اداره كل تربيت بدني استان تهران

The Influence of Leadership Styles on Organizational Entrepreneurship in Tehran Physical Education Administration

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر سبك ­های رهبری بر كارآفرینی سازمانی در اداره كل تربیت بدنی استان تهران می­باشد. بدین منظور، 34 نفر از مدیران ورزشی، پرسشنامه ­ها­ی سبك­های رهبری باس و آولیو، كارآفرینی سازمانی صمدآقایی (1378) و پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی را تكمیل نمودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد كه بین سبك رهبری تحول­ گرا و كارآفرینی سازمانی همبستگی مثبت و معنا­داری وجود دارد. همچنین بین سبك­های رهبری عمل­گرا و عدم مداخله با كارآفرینی سازمانی در اداره كل تربیت­بدنی استان تهران همبستگی منفی و معنا­داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحیل رگرسیونی داده ها نیز نشان داد كه تغییرات متغیر كارآفرینی سازمانی به اندازه 7/57 درصد از متغیر سبك های رهبری تاثیر پذیرفته است. با توجه به یافته­ های تحقیق، سبك رهبری غالب در اداره كل تربیت بدنی استان تهران (سبك رهبری عمل­گرا)، هم­راستا با شرایط كارآفرینی سازمانی نیست. لذا بكارگیری سبك ­های رهبری موثر (سبك رهبری تحول گرا)، احتمالاً كارآفرینی سازمانی را در اداره كل تربیت بدنی استان تهران رشد و توسعه خواهد داد.

The present research aims to investigate the influence of leadership styles (Bass model) on the entrepreneurship in Administration of Physical Education of Tehran province. For this purpose, 34 sport managers filled out the Bass and Avolio leadership style, Samadaghayi’s (1999) organizational entrepreneurship and the demographic characteristics questionnaires. Statistical analysis of data (e.g. Pearson correlation and multivariate regression) indicated that there is a positive significant correlation between the transformational leadership and organizational entrepreneurship. Also there is a significant negative correlation between the transactional and passive-avoidant leadership styles and organizational entrepreneurship. The results of the regression analysis of the data indicated that the variations of the organizational entrepreneurship variable have been 57.7% influenced by the variable of leadership styles. Considering the findings of this study, the prevalent leadership style (transactional leadership style) in the general organization of Tehran province, was not in accord with the proper situation of organizational entrepreneurship. Therefore, the application of effective leadership styles (transformational), can lead to the increasing development of entrepreneurship in the organizations dealing with sports in the country.
