Geopolitical Analysis of the Demographic Changes Necessary and Spatial Planning Policy Making in the Field of Geographical Distribution in Iran

ايران از نظر ژيوپليتيكي، براي دست‌يابي به وزن ژيوپليتيكي بالا در سطح منطقه و جهان، و رفع تهديدات پيراموني، بايد جمعيت خود را افزايش دهد. وسعت سرزميني ايران به اندازه‌اي است كه مي‌تواند پذيراي جمعيتي بيشتر از جمعيت كنوني باشد. ايران هم اكنون با تراكم جمعيتي 46 نفر در هر كيلومتر مربع در رتبه 162 جهان قرار دارد. اما علاوه بر تعداد جمعيت، كيفيت و كارايي جمعيت نيز براي پيشرفت و افزايش وزن ژيوپليتيكي لازم است. از اين رو، در اين پژوهش سعي شده ضمن تبيين ژيوپليتيكي لزوم تغييرات افزايشي جمعيت در ايران، شاخص‌هاي بهينه‌سازي اين تغييرات و سياست‌گذاري براي هدايت آن در قالب برنامه‌هاي آمايش سرزمين بررسي شود. سوال‌هاي پژوهش چنين طرح شده‌اند: از منظر آمايش سرزمين چه شاخص‌هايي در برنامه افزايش جمعيت اولويت دارد؟ و چه مناطق و استان‌هايي براي پذيرش جمعيت بيشتر وضعيت بهتري دارند؟ هدف كلي اين مقاله بررسي شاخص‌هاي مهم آمايش سرزمين در سياست افزايش جمعيت و سپس اولويت‌بندي استان‌هاي كشور بر اساس اين شاخص‌‌‌ها براي افزايش جمعيت است. اين مقاله به شيوه‌اي تحليلي- توصيفي نگاشته شده است.

Iran needs population growth in order to achieve high weight in the region and world as well as to obviate peripheral threats. Iranʹs area is so vast that it can accommodate more population than the current population. The country having population density of 46 individuals per square kilometer ranks 162 in the world. However, quality and efficacy are necessary for a population to lead high weight. Therefore, it has been attempted in this research to explain necessity of population growth of the country geographically; and to study optimization of indices for these changes and policy making in order to lead the changes in the framework of the land preparation plans. The research questions are: Which indices are considered as priority from the view point of the land preparation, concerning the population growth; and which areas and provinces are more apt to accommodate more population? General purpose of this study is to consider crucial land preparation indices in population growth policy and to prioritize provinces based on the indices. The research method is descriptive-analytical.
