بررسي ميزان آگاهي اعضاي هييت علمي گروههاي فني و مهندسي دانشگاههاي اصفهان و صنعتي اصفهان از مولفه هاي اساسي نوآوري برنامه ريزي درسي و ميزان كاربست آنها

Examining the awareness degree of faculty members of Department of Engineering and Science at Isfahan University and Isfahan University of Technology about curriculum innovation development factors

نوآوري آموزشي فرايند يادگيري براي اعضاي هييت علمي و دانشگاهيان است. فهم مناسب نوآوري و درك روشن برنامه درسي و آموزش از شرايط لازم براي بهبود اجراي نوآوري برنامه درسي مهندسي در عمل است. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي ميزان آگاهي اعضاي هييت علمي گروههاي فني و مهندسي دانشگاه صنعتي اصفهان و دانشگاه اصفهان از مولفه هاي نوآوري برنامه‌ريزي درسي(نوآوري در هدفهاي آموزشي، نوآوري محتوا، نوآوري تجربه هاي يادگيري، شيوه هاي نوين تدريس و شيوه هاي نوين ارزشيابي) و ميزان كاربست آنها بود. روش پژوهش كاربردي و از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش اعضاي هييت علمي گروههاي فني و مهندسي دانشگاه صنعتي اصفهان و دانشگاه اصفهان بودند. در انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه گيري طبقه بندي متناسب با حجم استفاده شد و90 نفر (20 نفر از گروه فني ـ مهندسي دانشگاه اصفهان و70 نفر از گروه فني ـ مهندسي دانشگاه صنعتي اصفهان) براي نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌هاي پژوهش از طريق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته گردآوري و روايي آن بر اساس نظرخواهي از متخصصان محرز شد و پايايي آن نيز بر اساس ضريب آلفاي كرانباخ 92/0 به دست آمد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه ميزان آگاهي اعضاي هييت علمي دانشگاههاي اصفهان و صنعتي اصفهان در خصوص نوآوري در انتخاب محتوا، روشهاي نوآورانه تدريس و شيوه هاي نوين ارزشيابي در سطح «زياد»، ميزان آگاهي آنها از انتخاب هدفهاي نوآورانه، شيوه هاي نوين تنظيم تجربه هاي يادگيري در سطح «متوسط» و ميزان آگاهي آنان از كاربست نوآوري برنامه ريزي درسي كمتر از سطح متوسط است.

Educational innovation is a learning process for faculty members and for their universities. Good understanding of innovation and clear conception of curriculum and education are necessary conditions for improved implementation of curriculum innovation engineering into practice The purpose of the present research was to examining the awareness degree of faculty members at Isfahan University and Isfahan University of Technology in the Department of Engineering and Science about curriculum innovation development factors (Innovation of instructional objectives, innovation content, innovative ways of regulating the learning experience, teaching new methods, and evaluation new methods ) and scale of their usage. The present study is applied research and its method is descriptive-survey. The population of study was all faculty members of the Departments of Engineering and Science. Method of sampling was stratified sampling. According to the Cochranʹs sample size formula, 90 faculty members were chosen as sample (20 ones at University of Isfahan and 70 ones at Technical University of Isfahan). Research instruments was questionnaire of which designed by researcher. The content validity of questionnaire was determined using the specialist`s views and the reliability of the questionnaire was estimated 0.92 by using Coronbach`s Alpha method. The result showed that; 1-The awareness degree of faculty’s members about, innovation of content selection, teaching innovative methods, and evaluation new methods is “much”. 2-The awareness degree of faculty’s members about innovative objectives selection, and innovative mechanisms of regulation of learning experiences is “average”. 3-The awareness degree of faculty’s members about the application degree of innovative curricula of faculty members at Isfahan University of Technology is less than average.
