بررسي تاثيرات فرهنگي عشاير بر نظم و امنيت جامعه (مطالعه موردي: استان اردبيل ايل شاهسون)

The Study of Nomads Cultural Effects on Social Order and Safety Case Study: Ardabil Province Shahsavan Tribe

جامعه عشايري ايران به عنوان يكي از تركيب‌هاي جمعيتي در كنار جوامع شهري و روستايي، همواره نقشي بارز و تعيين كننده در سرنوشت سياسي و نظم و امنيت كشور داشته است و در اين ميان، نقش فرهنگ موجود در زندگي عشايري (ايل شاهسون) در نظم و امنيت استان اردبيل بسيار چشمگير است. هدف تحقيق حاضر، بررسي تاثيرات فرهنگي عشاير بر نظم و امنيت جامعه عشايري استان اردبيل است. به اين منظور با استفاده از روش پيمايشي-همبستگي يك نمونه 208 نفري از جامعه عشايري شهرستان‌هاي استان اردبيل به شيوه نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي انتخاب و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بعد از برآورد روايي و پايايي ابزار مورد نظر در اختيار آنها قرار گرفت. سپس داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌هاي آماري رگرسيون و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون تجزيه و تحليل شد و نتايج به اين شرح به‌دست آمد؛ بين فرهنگ حاكم در منطقه و نظم و امنيت جامعه عشايري ايل شاهسون رابطه معني‌داري با 95% درصد اطمينان و 5% درصد خطا وجود دارد. به علاوه نتايج نشان داد كه بين خرده فرهنگ عشايري و نظم و امنيت منطقه، رابطه مستقيم وجود دارد.

beside the urban and rural society has always had an essential and clear part in political fate, order and security of country. In addition, the role of culture existed lifestyle of the nomad tribes (Shahsavan Tribes) is clear in order and security of the province. The purpose of this research is to study the cultural effects of tribes on security and order of the society of tribes in Ardabil Province. So, by using the correlation survey method a sample of 208 people of society of tribes in Ardabil Province by cluster sampling method was chosen .Then after estimating the reliability and validity of the tools, the researcher- made questionnaires were given them. The data was analyzed by using the Regression and Pierson Correlation Coefficient methods and these results were revealed: there is meaningful relationship with the confidence of 95 percent and error of 5 percent between ruling culture in the region and order and security of tribe society of Shahsavan .Besides, the results also show that there is a direct relationship between small cultures in tribes and the regional order and security.
