رابطه مشاركت سياسي و سلسله‌مراتب نيازها؛ مطالعه موردي كاركنان دانشگاه يزد

The Study of Relation between Political Participation and Hierarchy of Needs Theory; Case study of Yazd University Staff

موضوع اين مقاله، «بررسي رابطه مشاركت سياسي و سلسله‌مراتب نيازها، مطالعه موردي: كاركنان دانشگاه يزد» و سوال اصلي آن عبارت است از: «چيستي رابطه ميان مشاركت سياسي و نظريه سلسله‌مراتب نيازهاي مازلو» با توجه به موضوع و سوال مقاله، اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از حيث گردآوري داده‌ها از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي است كه با روش پيمايشي انجام گرفته و جمع‌آوري داده‌ها به‌صورت پرسش‌نامه‌اي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش، اعضاي هييت علمي و كاركنان دانشگاه يزد و حجم نمونه 266 نفر از آن‌هاست كه از طريق فرمول كوكران و با روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي تصادفي به دست آمده است. از يك سو، پرسش‌نامه‌اي محقق‌ساخته 15مولفه‌اي در قالب سوالات بسته براي بررسي سطوح مختلف مشاركت سياسي تهيه شده و از طرف ديگر، پرسش‌نامه‌اي براي سنجش سلسله‌مراتب نيازها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته كه حاوي 50 سوال مبتني بر «بلي» و «خير» است. پس از جمع‌آوري داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحليل وردايي (واريانس) يك‌طرفه و آزمون تي، تلاش شده است تا رابطه بين مشاركت سياسي و سلسله‌مراتب نيازهاي مازلو ارزيابي گرديده و همچنين، ارتباط بين مشاركت سياسي و سلسله‌مراتب نيازهاي مازلو با ميزان تحصيلات، جنسيت و شغل افراد نيز بررسي شود. يافته‌هاي پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه درمجموع، هرچه ميزان مشاركت سياسي و سطح فعاليت سياسي افراد بالاتر باشد، ميزان ارضاي نيازها نيز بهتر است و افراد دست‌كم در نيازهاي اوليه عملكرد بسيار بهتري داشته‌اند. همچنين، بين جنسيت، شغل و ميزان تحصيلات با سلسله‌مراتب نيازهاي مازلو و ميزان مشاركت سياسي افراد نيز رابطه وجود دارد.

The subject of this article is "the study of relation between political participation and needs theory: case study, Yazd university staff" and essential question is: "what is the relation between political participation and Maslowʹs hierarchy of needs?" Considering those subject and question, This research In terms of target is Applied and In terms of data collection is a descriptive - analytical study carried out using a questionnaire to collect data. Statistical community, Yazd University Faculty and staff and sample size 266 adherents that through stratified random sampling method and the Cochrane formula is obtained. first was prepared a researcher-made questionnaire to evaluate the different levels of political participation. on the other a questionnaire used to measure hierarchy of needs. After data collected, by using one-way ANOVA test (Anova) and t-test, attempt to assess the relationship between political participation and Maslowʹs hierarchy of needs. Also we have tried to find relation between political participation and the level of Maslowʹs hierarchy of needs with education, gender, and occupation. Our findings illustrate that whatever the political activity of individuals is higher, satisfaction of needs is better too, and people have better performance in basic needs. Also there is relation between gender, occupation and education with political participation and Maslowʹs hierarchy of needs.
