بهرام بيضايي از معدود نويسندگان و فيلمسازانِ مردِ ايراني است كه در آثار خود چه قبل از انقلاب و چه بعد از آن جايگاهِ ويژه اي براي شخصيتِ زن قايل شده است. زن در بيشترِ آثار او شخصيتي مستقل، مستحكم و مصمم دارد. بيضايي با آشنايي ژرفي كه از فرهنگ و اسطوره هاي ايران زمين دارد و با توجه به كهن الگوهاي نهفته در آن، غناي خاصي به شخصيت هاي زن آثارش بخشيده است. اين مقاله قصد دارد با تامل در برخي از آثارِ سينمايي اين هنرمند- تنها در حيطه ي فيلم ها و فيلمنامه ها- مقام و موقعيتِ زن را در اين آثار تا حدودي بكاود.

BahramBeizaeiwho is known as amerely of male Iranian writers and movie makers of more than 100 hundred screen plays, movies and theatrebeforeand after revolution has shown the significant and social effectiveness of women in his works. In his products, women have a specific position and playing main role. These women have independent steady and intent character show off their ability to the men. Beizaei by the help of his own deep knowledge of Iranian culture and their myths and by the archetype, has shown the beauty of women character. Our main goal in this paper is to dig some of movie works of this artist –only some movie and screen plays- about womanʹs position and status.
