ارزيابي فضايي پراكنش جمعيت و توزيع خدمات در مناطق شهري تبريز با استفاده از مدل‌هاي TOPSIS و SAW

The Evaluating of Spatial Distribution of Population and Services in Urban Zones of Tabriz by Using of TOPSIS and SAW Models

امروزه يكي از موضوعات مهم در برنامه‌ريزي شهرها، بحث توسعه متعادل و متناسب در شهرها و برخورداري مناسب ساكنان شهرها از خدمات شهري مي‌باشد. نقش برنامه‌ريزي در رسيدن به اين هدف اين است كه توزيع خدمات و امكانات شهري را به نحوي هدايت كند كه به نفع همه اقشار و گروه‌هاي اجتماعي جامعه باشد و به عدالت اجتماعي و فضايي در شهرها منجر شود. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسي ارتباط بين پراكنش جمعيت و توزيع خدمات شهري در مناطق10 گانه شهري تبريز و ارزيابي برخورداري مناطق شهري و جمعيت آن، از خدمات شهري صورت گرفته است. در اين پژوهش، براي ارزيابي نحوه پراكنش جمعيت از مدل آنتروپي نسبي و براي ارزيابي توزيع خدمات از مدل‌هاي TOPSIS و SAW استفاده شده است. روش تحقيق پژوهش حاضر، توصيفي- تحليلي است. نتايج مدل آنتروپي(0.8512) نشان مي‌دهد كه پراكنش جمعيت در مناطق شهر تبريز به صورت متناسبي صورت گرفته است؛ هم‌چنين، نتايج ارزيابي توزيع خدمات شهري در مناطق شهري نشان‌گر آن است كه منطق9 تبريز داراي كم‌ترين برخورداري از خدمات شهري و منطقه 2 در مدل TOPSIS و منطقه 3 در مدل SAW بالاترين برخورداري از خدمات شهري را دارا مي‌باشند. در ادامه پژوهش با استفاده از مدل اسپيرمن به ارزيابي هم‌بستگي بين رتبه جمعيت و تاثير آن در برخورداري از خدمات شهري پرداخته شد كه نتايج(0.7697) نشان مي‌دهد هم‌بستگي بالاي بين رتبه جمعيتي و دسترسي به خدمات شهري وجود دارد.

Today one of the most important issues in urban planning, discussion of balanced and proportionate development in cities having a population of urban services is appropriate. The role of planning in achieving this goal is the distribution of urban facilities and services will lead to a way that will benefit all social groups in society and lead to social and spatial justice in cities. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between population distribution and the distribution of urban services in urban areas, 10 zones of Tabriz and evaluation its urban areas and its population; the civil service has been made. In this study, to assess the distribution of population of the relative entropy model and to assess distribution of services have been used TOPSIS and SAW models. The method of this study is descriptive-analytical. The results of entropy model (0.8512) indicates that the distribution of population is proportionate in Tabriz; Also, the evaluation results the distribution of urban services in urban zones indicate that zone 9 Tabriz which have the lowest utility and zone 2 and zone 3 in the TOPSIS and SAW models are having the greatest enjoyment of civil service. The research in its continuation by using of the Spearman model to assess correlation between population rank and to its impact on the enjoyment of civil service pay, which results (0.7697) shows a high correlation between population rank and access to urban services exist.
