رابطه بين قابليت‌هاي حرفه‌اي معلمان دوره ابتدايي با عملكرد تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان در شهر اصفهان

Relation between Elementary Teachersʹʹ Professional Capabilities and Students Achievement in City of Isfahan

پژوهش‌ حاضر با هدف رابطه بين قابليت‌هاي حرفه‌اي‌معلمان دوره ابتدايي با عملكرد تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان در شهر اصفهان بر مبناي مدل قابليت حرفه‌اي كبك كانادا انجام و شش مولفه قابليت حرفه‌اي نقد و تفسير دانش و فرهنگ، توانايي بيان، ارزشيابي، فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات، مشاركت در توسعه حرفه‌اي و اخلاق حرفه‌اي بررسي شده است. جامعه آماري شامل 162 نفر از معلمان ناحيه‌هاي يك، سه و چهار اصفهان در سال 1390 بوده است كه به صورت تصادفي طبقه‌اي متناسب با حجم انتخاب شده‌اند. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با ضريب پايايي 92/0 و ميانگين معدل كل دانش‌آموزان و براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم افزار spss وamos استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان ‌داده است، رابطه معنا‌داري بين قابليت‌هاي حرفه‌اي معلمان در شش مولفه با عملكرد تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان وجود دارد. شش مولفه 48/0از تغييرات عملكرد تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان را مي‌توانند پيش‌بيني‌كنند. مقايسه بين قابليت حرفه‌اي معلمان نشان داده است، معلمان با مدرك فوق‌ليسانس، سابقه خدمت زير10 سال و در پايه چهارم از قابليت حرفه‌اي بيشتري برخوردارند. دانش‌آموزان معلمان فوق ليسانس از عملكرد تحصيلي بيشتري برخوردارند.

The present study which is based on the professional efficiency model of Quebec, Canada, is conducted to investigate the relationship between the professional efficiencies of the primary-school teachers and the students’ educational achievements in Isfahan. Six components professional skills are investigated here including criticism and interpretation of knowledge and culture, capability of expression, evaluation, information technology and communication, teachers’ cooperation in the professional development, teachers’ professional ethics. To determine the students’ educational achievements, the total average of the students is used. To collect data a self-made questionnaire was used that Its validity is examined by the experts and its reliability is calculated at 92 by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The results of the research showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between the six components of the professional efficiencies of the primary-school teachers and students educational achievement. A comparison between the professional efficiencies of the teachers of Isfahan, on the basis of the demographic traits, showed that female teachers, teachers with an MA or a PhD degree, teachers with an experience of less than 10 years, and the teachers of the 4th grade are more efficient than other teachers. Students at district one in Isfahan have a better educational achievement than other students.
