Perspective of Women’s Rights from the Viewpoint of the United Nations Organization

وقتي در سال 1945 جنگ جهاني دوم پايان يافت و سازمان ملل متحد تشكيل شد احترام به حقوق بشر و اعلام ايمان مجدد به حقوق اساسي انسانها و ارزش شخصيت متعالي او و تساوي حقوق مرد و زن عاليترين آرمان سازمان ملل معرفي شد و از دولتهاي عضو خواسته شد كه در تحقق اين اهداف با يكديگر تشريك مساعي نمايند و براي افزايش حساسيت و توجه دولتها هشتم مارس هر سال روز سازمان ملل متحد براي حقوق زنان و صلح بين‎المللي و 25 نوامبر روز بين‎المللي حذف خشونت عليه زنان ناميده شد كه هر ساله با انجام مراسم ويژه‎اي مقام والاي انساني زنان يادآوري مي‎شود. هر زمان كه تاريخ گذشته جهان را در هزاره‎‎هاي قبل ورق مي زنيم به صحنه‎هاي دلخراشي از رفتار ظالمانه و نابرابر با زنان در چهار گوشه جهان برمي‎خوريم كه حكايت از غفلت جوامع بشري در تمام طول تاريخ دارد اما با تاسيس سازمان ملل متحد و تلاش صلح طلبان جهان جنبش جديدي در راستاي احترام مجدد به حقوق زنان از جهات گوناگون را رقم خورده است كه در اين پژوهش به آن مي پردازيم.

In 1945, when World War II ended and the United Nations was established , respect for human rights, declaration of renewed belief in man’s basic rights and the value of this sublime character, and egalitarianism between men and women were introduced as the highest ideals of the United Nations. Accordingly, member governments were required to collaborate in realizing these goals ; in order to increase the nations’ concern and attention , March 8th was named and observed as the United Nations Day for women’s rights and international peace. Also, November 25th was named the international day of eliminating violence against women, on Which women’s highly human status is celebrated each year through special ceremonies. Whenever we turn the pages of the world history during the previous millennia, we come across heart-breaking scenes of tyrannical and unequal behavior toward women all over the world, which indicates the negligence of human societies throughout history. However, with the establishment of the United Nations Organization as well as the efforts of the world peace – lovers, a new movement started in line with the renewed respect for women’s rights in various respects.
