رابطه بين هوشبهر با تعادل پويا در دانش آموزان پسر با كم تواني ذهني

The Relationship between Intelligent Quotient with Dynamic Balance in Intellectual Disability Children

كم توان ذهنی، يكی از متداول‌ترين معلوليت‌های ذهنی است كه حدود 3 درصد از جمعيت جهان را به خود اختصاص داده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بين هوش‌‌بهر و تعادل ايستا و پويا در كودكان كم توانان ذهنی است. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 31 دانش‌آموز پسر عقب مانده ذهنی كه در دوگروه (كنترل 14 نفر با ميانگين سن02/3±07/11سال، قد86/7±152سانتيمتر، وزن 08/8±07/44كيلوگرم) و (17نفر تجربی با ميانگين سن 95/1±23/11سال، قد 07/7±147سانتيمتر، وزن 85/4±11/38كيلوگرم ) است كه به صورت تصادفی هدف‌دار به عنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شده‌اند. اطلاعات فردی كه شامل: قد، وزن و سوابق پزشكی با استفاده از پرونده پزشكی دانش‌آموزان جمع‌آوری گرديد. برای ارزيابی نتايج از آزمون همبستگی پيرسون استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان دادند رابطه معنی‌داری ميان هوشبهر و تعادل وجود ندارد (p≤0.05). افراد مبتلا به مشكل كم توان ذهنی در مقايسه با افراد طبيعی دچار تاخير در رشد حركتی بوده و دارای سطح IQ پايين تری هستند كه به نظر می رسد باعث كاهش تعادل در آنها می‌شود. همچنين بهبود مهارت‌های تعادلی از طريق طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های تمرينی تعادلی برای كودكان كم توان ذهنی از سوی مربيان و معلمان ورزش به‌ويژه در سنين كمتر كه الگوهای حركتی آنان در حال شكل‌گيری است، ميتواند مورد تأكيد قرار گيرد.

Mental retardation is one of the most common mental disabilities that are allocated about 3% of the worldʹs population. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between IQ with dynamic and static balance in mental retardation children. Our subjects included 31 male mentally retarded students in two groups (CTL, 14 patients with a mean age of 11/07±3/02years, height 152±7/86cm, weight 44/07± 8/08kg) and (17 TRN group with a mean age 11/23 ± 1/95years, height 147±7/07cm, weighing 38/11±4/85kg) of the sample selected. Demographic data includes: height, weight and medical records and also the IQ of them were collected. For evaluate the results used Pearson correlation test. The results showed no significant relationship between IQ and balance (p≤0.05). People with Mental retardation compared with normal people delays in motor development and lower IQ levels are that seems to be reducing their balance. Also Improvementthe balance skills through of design a balance and implementation of training programs for mentally retarded children from sports coaches and teachers, especially in the younger ages, their movement patterns are emerging, it can be stressed.
