اثر فاصله و وزن غده‌چه بر عملكرد و اجزاي عملكرد غده‌هاي بذري سيب زميني (Solanum tuberesom L.) رقم ساوالان

Effect of Distance and Weight of Minituber on Yield and Yield Components of Seed Tubers of Potato (Solanum tuberesom L.) Savaln cv.

تراكم كشت و وزن غده‌چه از عوامل تأثیر‌گذار بر عملكرد و اجزاء عملكرد در تولید غده بذری در سیب‌ زمینی می‌باشند. به منظور بررسی اثر فاصله و وزن غده‌چه بر صفات كمی و كیفی غده‌های بذری سیب زمینی رقم ساوالان آزمایشی به صورت فاكتوریل در قالب طرح بلوك‌های كامل تصادفی با سه تكرار انجام شد. در این تحقیق، پنج گروه غده‌چه با وزن‌های كمتر از 5، 10-5، 15-10، 20-15 و بزرگتر از 20 گرم با فواصل 15، 20 و 25 سانتیمتر در روی ردیف‌های 75 سانتیمتری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. صفات مورد بررسی شامل تعداد غده در متر مربع، وزن و تعداد غده در هر بوته، عملكرد كل، درصد غده‌های كوچك‌تر از 35، 55-35 و بزرگتر از 55 میلیمتر و قطر غده بودند. نتایج نشان داد كه وزن و فاصله غده‌چه‌ها تأثیر معنی‌داری بر میانگین تعداد غده در متر مربع، وزن و تعداد غده در هر بوته و عملكرد كل غده داشت. سایر صفات مورد مطالعه از جمله درصد غده‌های كوچك‌تر از 35 و 55-35 میلیمتر نسبت به تغییرات وزن غده‌چه و تراكم آن عكس العمل نشان ندادند. با افزایش وزن غده‌چه تعداد غده در بوته، عملكرد كل و همچنین قطر غده‌ها افزایش یافت به طوریكه از نظر عملكرد كل با كشت غده‌چه‌هایی با وزن بیشتر از 20 گرم در مقایسه با كشت غده‌چه‌هایی با وزن كمتر از پنج گرم 8/20 تن غده در هكتار بیشتر تولید شد. با افزایش فاصله غده‌چه‌ها، میانگین تعداد غده در واحد سطح و عملكرد كل افزایش ولی وزن و تعداد غده در هر بوته كاهش یافت. در این آزمایش بالاترین عملكرد كل غده در هكتار (1/71 تن) از غده‌چه‌های با وزن بیشتر از 20 گرم با فاصله كشت 15 سانتیمتر بدست آمد. در این تحقیق همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری بین عملكرد كل با تعداد غده در متر مربع، وزن و تعداد غده در بوته و همچنین قطر غده مشاهده گردید. لذا جهت دستیابی به بالاترین شاخص‌های عملكرد رقم ساوالان سیب زمینی در شرایط آب و هوایی مشهد كشت غده‌چه‌های با وزن بیشتر از 20 گرم با فاصله كشت 15 سانتیمتر توصیه می‌گردد.

Planting density and weight of minituber are the factors influencing on the yield and yield components on seed tuber production in potato. In order to study the effect of distance and the weight of minituber on quantity and quality traits of seed tubers of potato cv. Savalan, the experiment was designed as a factorial experiment in randomized complete block design with three replications. In this research, minitubers with five different weights ( <5, 5-10, 10-15, 15-20 and >20 g) in three intra rows spacing of 15, 20 and 25 cm and 75 cm inter row spacing were studied. The number of tuber in 1 m2, weight and number of tuber in each plant, total yield, the percentage of tubers with the size <35, 35-55 and >55 mm and tubers diameter were recorded. Results showed that the effect of distance and minituber weight on the average of number of tuber per m2, weight and number of tuber in each plant and the total yield were statistically significant (p≤0.01). In this study, other traits such as the percentage of tubers with the size <35 and 35-55 mm than the minituber weight and density did not respond. Number of tuber in each plant, total yield and diameter of tubers increased with increasing the minituber weight, so the caltivation of minitubers with >20 g compared to cultivation of minitubers <5 g, increased 20.8 ton ha-1 the total yield. With increasing the distance of minitubers, the average of number of tuber in m2 and the total yield increased but the weight and number of tuber in each plant decreased. In this experiment, the maximum of total yield of tubers (71.1 ton ha-1) was obtained from minitubers >20 gram with 15 cm within-rows spacing. In this research, tuber yield showed a positive and significant correlation with weight and number of tuber in each plant and tuber diameter. So that for achivement of the greatest yield indexes of Savalan cultivar in Mashhad climate conditions, caltivation of minitubers >20 g with 15 cm within-rows spacing is recommended.
