چكيده فارسي :
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌‌های مدل تعالی از دیدگاه امام خمینی(ره) می‌باشد. نوع تحقیق، پژوهش كیفی است و از روش استراتژی نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد استفاده شده است. پس از بیان مسأله با مبنا قرار دادن وصیت نامه امام خمینی(ره)، به جمع آوری داده‌‌ها و آنجام نمونه برداری نظری اقدام شده است. در جهت دستیابی به مدل تحقیق، تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها (مشتمل بر: كدگذاری باز، كدگذاری محوری و كدگذاری انتخابی) انجام شده است. در كدگذاری باز با بررسی خط به خط داده‌‌ها، مفهوم سازی و مقوله بندی داده‌‌ها انجام شده است. در كدگذاری محوری، ارتباط مفاهیم و مقوله‌‌هایی كه در مرحله‌ی كدگذاری باز مشخص شده اند با مقوله تعالی تعیین شده است. در كدگذاری انتخابی ضمن مرتبط ساختن مقولات به یكدیگر با انتخاب مقوله محوری (تعالی) به شكلی نظام مند با دیگر مقوله‌‌ها ربط داده شده است. امام خمینی(ره) نگاهی سیستمی‌و جامع به تعالی و توسعه دارند و از دیدگاه ایشان همه اقشار و اعضای جامعه در جهت توسعه و تعالی وظایف، تكالیف و نقش‌هایی دارند. ایشان ارشاداتی در این زمینه به مردم، مسئولین، قوای مسلح، ثروتمندان، مخالفین و منتقدان، جوانان و نوجوانان، روحانیون، دانشگاه‌ها، دبیرستان‌ها و مراكز تعلیم و تربیت، قضات، مسلمانان و اقلیت‌های مذهبی و ... داشته اند كه در این مقاله در قالب مدل ارائه شده است.

Development and excellence is the goal of every community and country. There are a variety of approaches in different communities for development and excellence. Development and excellence model in every community should be defined to suit the environmental conditions. if the model is being replicated in other countries should be localized. The path of excellence and development in our country, according to various demographic, social, cultural, religious, political, and economic characteristics of the our country must be planned and implemented. Ideas and thoughts of Imam Khomeini contain the dimensions and elements of the model of excellence for Iranian society. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the components of the excellence model from Imam Khomeiniʹs viewpoint. Type of research is a qualitative research method and strategy Grounded theory was used. After the speech, data collection and theoretical sampling is done. In order to achieve the research model, data analysis (including: open coding, axial coding and selective coding) is done. In open coding, Data analysis, conceptualization and categorization of data is done. In axial coding, the relationship between concepts and categories that have been identified in the open coding stage is set with excellence. In selective coding, the core category (excellence) systematically has been related to other categories. Excellence from Imam Khomeiniʹs viewpoint has several dimensions. His vision to development and excellence is comprehensive. From his perspective, all members of the community have different functions for development and excellence. He stated many recommendations to the people, government officials, armed forces, rich people, opponents and critics, youth, clergy, universities, schools and training centers, judges, Muslims and religious minorities and … . In this paper, different aspects and dimensions of the excellence from Imam Khomeiniʹs viewpoint in the form of the model is presented.
