Technology Development in Conceptual Age: Definitions, Concepts, and Requirements

پس از گذار بشر از عصر كشاورزي به عصر صنعت و از عصر صنعت به عصر اطلاعات، اكنون الگوي نظري جديدي در اقتصاد و جامعه كشورهاي توسعه يافته در حال شكل‌گيري و رشد است كه از آن با عنوان عصر مفهومي ياد مي‌شود. ما از اقتصاد و جامعه‌اي كه بر مبناي قابليت‌هاي خطي، منطقي و شبه كامپيوتري عصر اطلاعات بنا شده به جامعه‌اي گذر مي‌كنيم كه بر مبناي قابليت‌هاي همدلانه، خلاقانه و تصويرسازانه خواهد بود. تسلط تفكر تحليلي و تقليل‌گرايانه و عصر كارگر دانش در حال تغيير است و همانگونه كه تغيير جامعه صنعتي به جامعه اطلاعاتي تاثيراتي شگرف در نوع زيست و كنش بشر داشته است؛ تغيير جامعه اطلاعاتي به جامعه مفهومي نيز به‌صورت بنيادين روابط، مناسبات و سبك زندگي را متحول خواهد كرد. در اين مقاله، پس از مروري بر مفاهيم و تعاريف عصر مفهومي، علل تغيير الگوي نظري بررسي شده و سپس به الزامات توسعه فناوري در اين عصر، به‌عنوان يكي از حوزه‌هاي تحت تاثير اين تغيير پرداخته خواهد شد.

After the human transition from the agricultural to industrial age and from the latter to information age, a new paradigm is emerging and growing in the economy and society of developed countries which is called the conceptual age. We are passing from an economy and society based on the linear, logical and computer-like capabilities of the information age to an economy and society based on empathic, creative and illustrative ones. Proficiency of analytical and reductionist thinking, and the age of the knowledge worker are changing. As the change from industrial to information society has profound effects on human life and actions, the change from information to conceptual society will also revolutionize relationships and lifestyle fundamentally. In this paper, after reviewing the concepts and definitions of the conceptual age, the causes of a paradigm shift are investigated. Then, the requirements of technology development in this age, as one of the areas affected by this paradigm shift will be discussed with implications for developing countries.
