ارزيابي نقش شهرهاي كوچك و مياني در توزيع متعادل جمعيت در استان يزد طي نيم‌قرن اخير

Assessment the role of small and medium towns in the balanced distribution of population over the last half century in the Yazd Province

بعد از انقلاب صنعتي بود كه به دليل هجوم شتابان جمعيت به سمت شهرها، مشكلات عديده‌اي در زمينه مسكن، محيط زيست، بهداشت، ترافيك شهري و غيره براي شهرها به وجود آمد.كشور ايران نيز به تدريج و متاثر از اين رخداد جهاني دچار مشكلات اجتماعي- فرهنگي در اداره شهرها شد. اين مشكلات به تدريج روندي رو به رشد داشته است به گونه‌اي كه امروزه در غالب موارد، شاهد وضعيت بحراني در شبكه شهري مناطق هستيم.هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي و واكاويوضعيت كيفي و كمي نقش و جايگاه شهرهاي كوچك و مياني در نظام شبكه شهري استان يزددر يك دوره 50ساله اخير مي‌باشد. تحقيق حاضر از نظر نوع تحقيق، توسعه‌اي- كاربردي و از نظر روش بررسي آن، توصيفي- تحليلي است. اطلاعات گردآوري شده با استفاده از فيش‌تحقيق در مرحله كتابخانه‌اي و همچنين آمار سرشماري‌هاي عمومي و نفوس و مسكن مركز آمار ايران حاصل گرديده است. تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با استفاده از مدل‌هاي مختلف جمعيتي همانند ضريب آنتروپي و همچنين قانون رتبه- اندازه انجام شده است. نتيجه حكايت از آن دارد كه شهرهاي متوسط و به خصوص كوچك، در نظام شبكه شهري استان يزد در دوره‌هاي اخير در ركود كامل جمعيتي قرار گرفته و هيچ گونه نقشي در جهت توزيع متعادل جمعيت ايفا ننموده‌اند. براساس نتايج حاصل، پيشنهاد مي‌گردد مطالعاتي بنيادي درخصوص بهبود جايگاه شهرهاي كوچك و مياني در شبكه شهري استان انجام گردد و با فعال نمودن نقاط شهري كوچك و متوسط، بار جمعيتي نخست‌شهر منطقه را به اين نقاط هدايت نمود.

Iran is also increasingly influenced by global events and social problems - culture in the city. These problems have been rising steadily, so that in most cases today, we see a situation in urban areas network. This paper is on the role of small and medium cities in the last half century in the Yazd city network will be evaluated. The research was descriptive - analytical and information gathered using the catfish research in the public library and the Statistics and Census of Population and Housing Census has been achieved. Analysis of demographic data using various models as well as the law of entropy coefficient ranking - much has been done. The result suggests that the medium and especially small towns in the metropolitan area network in the recent period of recession entire population of Yazd province were and have not played any role in the balanced distribution of the population.
