بررسي وضعيت توليدات علمي حوزه روانشناسي اجتماعي در پايگاه اطلاعاتي وب آو ساينس و ترسيم نقشه تاريخ نگاشتي آن (1990 – 2009)

A study of scientific production in the field of Social psychology in Web of Science (1990-2009): Mapping the historical Structure

هدف: روانشناسي اجتماعي يكي از زير شاخه هاي روانشناسي عمومي با رويكرد جامعه شناسي است كه به شيوه علمي پديده هاي اجتماعي مختلف را مورد مطالعه قرار مي دهد. با آگاهي از وضعيت توليدات علمي و پيشرفت هاي به دست آمده در حوزه روانشناسي اجتماعي مي توان تصوير جامعي از وضعيت فعاليت هاي علمي محققان در اين عرصه را نمايان ساخت. روش پژوهش: تحقيق حاضر با استفاده از شاخص هاي علم سنجي به بررسي وضعيت توليدات علمي حوزه روانشناسي اجتماعي در طول 20 سال اخير پرداخته است. داده هاي خام از پايگاه اطلاعاتي وب آو ساينس استخراج شده و از نرم افزار هيست سايت براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و ترسيم نقشه تاريخ نگاشتي توليدات علمي در اين حوزه استفاده گرديد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد طي 20 سال مورد بررسي، انتشارات علمي جهاني در زمينه روانشناسي اجتماعي از رشد نسبتاً ملايمي برخوردار بوده است. بيش از 97% از مدارك علمي منتشر شده در زمينه روانشناسي اجتماعي به زبان انگليسي بوده و سه كشور انگليسي زبان آمريكا، انگلستان و كانادا بيشترين مدارك علمي اين حوزه را منتشر كرده اند. از نظر تعداد توليدات علمي، دانشگاه هاي ميشيگان، تگزاس و لس آنجلس فعال ترين موسسات مي باشند. نتيجه گيري: ترسيم ساختار علم در اين حوزه موضوعي نشان داد كه در سطح استنادات محلي (ال سي اس) تعداد 3 خوشه و در سطح استنادات جهاني (جي سي اس) تعداد 4 خوشه اصلي شكل گرفته است.

Objective: Social psychology is a branch of psychology and sociology that studies the scientific aspect of various social phenomena as well as the related aspects of social life. This study aims to determine the relationship of a person in a group and how a personʹs behavior, thoughts, and feelings are influenced by group and vice versa. Methodology: With understanding the standing out of scientific activities in the field of social psychology, we can set up a comprehensive representation of scientists and researchers in the field and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of previous investigations. A descriptive-analytical method by using scientometrics indicators was recruited to analyze the productive activity of countries in the field of social psychology during a period of 20 years (1990-2009). We used the trial version of Hist-Cite software to map the historical Structure of Scientific Output in the field of social psychology through the period of study. Findings: Analysis of data showed that there has been a gently rise in producing scientific production in the field through the period of study. More than 97% of publications were in English. USA, England and Canada were the most prolific countries in the subject area. The University of Michigan، Texas و Calif. Los Angeles were the most productive universities. Conclusion: Mapping the historical Structure of scientific publications in the subject area indicated that there have been formed 3 major clusters in Local Citation Scale (LCS) and 4 major clusters in Global Citation Scale (LCS).
