بررسي تأثير عصاره هيدرو الكلي برگ و پياز گياه الزي بر روي انگل ژيارديا لامبليا در موش

The effects of hydroalcoholic extract of leaves and onion of Allium paradoxum on Giardia lamblia in mice

زمينه و هدف: ژيارديا يكی از شايعترين انگل های تك ياخته ای روده ای در انسان و پستانداران مختلف می باشد. با توجه به اينكه داروهای شيميايی جهت درمان اين بيماری دارای اثرات جانبی متعددی بوده و تأثير آن ها قطعی نمی باشد؛ لذا يافتن دارويی با اثرات جانبی كمتر امری ضروری در درمان اين بيماری انگلی به نظر می رسد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثير عصاره هيدروالكلی برگ و پياز گياه الزی (Allium paradoxum) بر روی انگل ژيارديا لامبليا در موش Balb/c انجام شد. روش بررسی: در اين مطالعه تجربی، 50 سر موش Balb/cبه 10 گروه تقسيم و تعداد 105×2 كيست به همه گروه ها به جز كنترل منفی خورانده شد. پس از تأييد آلودگی، گروه های مورد آزمون به مدت 3 روز با عصاره هيدروالكلی برگ و پياز گياه الزی (غلظت های 20،50 و100 ميلی گرم بر ميلی ليتر) و داروی مترونيدازول به عنوان كنترل دارو مورد درمان قرار گرفتند. يافته ها: عصاره هيدروالكلی پياز الزی در دوز mg/ml100 قادر به از بين بردن كيست ژيارديا لامبليا می باشد كه اين تأثير نسبت به گروه كنترل مثبت و كنترل منفی معنی دار بود (05/0>P). همچنين مشخص شد برگ الزی تأثير زيادی بر روی انگل ژيارديا لامبليا ندارد؛ ولی می تواند موجب افزايش تأثير پياز الزی شود، به عبارت ديگر اثر هم افزايی دارد. نتيجه گيری: با توجه به تأثير مناسب گياه الزی در شرايط In vivo بر روی انگل ژيارديا لامبليا و عوارض زيادی كه از داروهای شيميايی گزارش شده است، می توان گياه الزی را به عنوان يك تركيب طبيعی ضد ژيارديايی معرفی كرد.

Background and aims: Giardia is an intestinal protozoan parasite in humans and various mammals. Chemical drugs that are prescribed to treat this disease currently have adverse effects and no proven efficacy. So it seems necessary to find a drug with fewer side effects to treat this parasitic disease. Therefore, the aim of present study was investigated the effects of hydroalcoholic extract of leaves and onion of Allium paradoxum on Giardia lamblia in Balb/ c mice. Methods: In this experimental study, 2×105 cysts were fed to 50 Balb/ c mice in 10 groups except negative control group. After confirming contamination, they were treated for 3 days with hydroalcoholic extract of leaves and onion of Allium paradoxum (doses of 20, 50, 100 mg/ml) and Metronidazole as a controlling drug. Results: According to the results of this study, Costumes onion extract at a dose of 100 mg/ml is capable of removing G. lamblia cysts. This effect is significant compared to the control group (P<0.05). It also became clear that leaves of Allium paradoxum have no significant effect on G. lamblia parasite, but it may increase the effect of onion of Allium paradoxum. In other words, it has a synergistic effect. Conclusion: Due to good effect of Allium paradoxum in in vivo conditions on the parasite G. lamblia and many side effects of drugs which have been reported, it can be introduced as a natural compound against Giardiasis.
