تصادفات يكي از بزر گترين مشكلات سلامتي عمومي در جهان است. لذا هدف اصلي اين پژوهش شناسايي و سنجش عوامل انساني از بعد شخصيتي ، رفتاري و جنسيتي در وقوع تصادفات و راهكارهاي اساسي كاهش آن در شهر تهران است.اين پژوهش ازنظرهدف كاربردي وازنظرروش گردآوري داده هاي توصيفي - تحليلي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق، شامل متخلفان و شاكيان سوانح رانندگي شهر تهران بود كه از اين ميان با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و روش نمونه گيري تصادفي خوشه اي حجم نمونه 390 نفردرنظر گرفته شد. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها بر پرسش نامه محقق ساخته مي باشد زيرا بالاترين ضريب مسير را داشته است) 0.661 (. دومين و سومين رتبه را در تاثيرگذاري، ويژگي هاي رفتاري و سپس عامل جنسيت به خود اختصاص داده اند. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه از بين سه عامل موثر در وقوع تصادفات رانندگي، عامل ويژگي هاي شخصيتي بيشترين تاثير را دارد )ضريب مسير 661 / 0(.

The studyʹs aim is impact of human agents in accidents of behavior - personality – gender dimensions in1393. Methodology of this study is applicable in terms of the purpose, and descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research was the violators and plaintiffs of Tehran driving accidents and a simple sampling method was used to obtain 390 questionnaires. A method of data collection based on a self-made questionnaire was carried out with49questions.The reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbachʹs alpha for all dimensions greater than0.7, indicating the of the research instrument that was a good reliability. It is also used to calculate the reliability of the results that indicate the construct validity of the survey instrument was valid (AVE > 0.5). Data using of structural equation modeling and analysis, and the final model was developed using the software Smart PLS. The results indicate a good fit of the conceptual model, based on the parameters of acceptable values and significant path coefficients, factor loadings, the variance, and the index was GOF. The results showed that human factors as well as factors related to the dimensions of personality traits, behavioral characteristics and the gender factor is effective with a confidence level of 99% of inroad accidents
