بررسي عوامل موثر بر مديريت اطلاعات شخصي دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه الزهرا در سال تحصيلي 91-1390

An Investigation of Effective Factors on Personal Information Management of Postgraduate Students at Alzahra University During 2011-2012

هدف: هدف اين پژوهش بررسي عوامل موثر بر مديريت اطلاعات شخصي دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه الزهرا و نيز شناخت نقاط قوت و ضعف دانشجويان در مديريت اطلاعات شخصي خود است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر، در زمره‌ي پژوهش‌هاي پيمايشي (توصيفي- تحليلي) قرار مي‌گيرد. همه دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد و دانشجويان دكتري دانشگاه الزهرا كه در سال تحصيلي 91-1390 در دانشگاه الزهرا در حال تحصيل هستند جامعه پژوهش را شكل داده‌اند. بر اساس نمونه گيري تصادفي، 309 دانشجوي كارشناسي ارشد و 70 دانشجوي دكتري در اين پژوهش شركت كردند. شيوه‌ي جمع آوري داده‌ها، يك پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته است كه از 4 بخش و 79 سوال تشكيل شده است. به منظور سنجش مقدار پايايي Reliability پرسش‌نامه، از تكنيك آماري روش آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد كه عدد پايايي 81/0 نشان مي دهد. سوالات اين پرسش‌نامه از پايايي لازم برخوردار هستند. توصيف داده‌ها با كمك آمار توصيفي و تحليل يافته‌ها توسط آمار استنباطي (آزمون T) صورت گرفته است. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه از بين عوامل موثر بر مديريت اطلاعات شخصي، نگرش داراي ميانگين 95/3، دانش ميانگيني معادل با 29/3 و مجموعه مهارت‌هاي هفت گانه مديريت اطلاعات شخصي ميانگيني برابر با 17/3 دارد. هم‌چنين ميانگين ميانگين‌هاي سه عامل مذكور، در حدود 47/3 محاسبه شده است. نتيجه گيري: ميانگين 47/3 گوياي اين نكته است كه وضعيت مديريت اطلاعات شخصي دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي دانشگاه الزهرا، در سطح متوسط به بالا قرار دارد. هم‌چنين يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه ميانگين عناصر مديريت اطلاعات شخصي دانشجويان دكتري، در مقايسه با دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد برابر است. لذا مي‌توان اذعان كرد كه بين مديريت اطلاعات شخصي اين دو گروه تفاوت معناداري وجود ندارد.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the effective factors on personal information management and to recognize the strength and weakness in personal information management of postgraduate students at Alzahra University. Methodology: The methodology of the research, in the part of the literature review and theoretical literature, is library study and in the part of the analysis, is survey study (descriptive and analytic). The data were gathered through a researcher made questionnaire that contained 4 parts and 73 questions. The research population includes all of the postgraduate students (at M.A/M.Sc and PhD degrees) at Alzahra University whom are studying at this university during the educational year of 2011-2012. Based on the random sampling, 309 postgraduate students at M.A/M.Sc degree and 70 postgraduate students at PhD degree participated at this research. Findings: It should be noted that personal information management of the postgraduate students has been studied under the factors of “attitude, knowledge and skill.” The research results represent that among the effective factors on personal information management, the attitude average is 3.95, knowledge’s average is 3.29, and the skills set have the average of 3.17. Furthermore, the average of the three mentioned factors’ averages is about 3.47. Conclusion: The amount (3.47) indicates that the situation of personal information management of postgraduate students at Alzahra University is at the upper to the average level. On the other hand, the situation of personal information management by Ph.D students is the same as M.A/M.Sc students and this amount is around 3.47. Thus it can be said that there is no significant relation between personal information management by Ph.Dstudents and M.A/M.Sc students.
