تعيين سطح مهارت‌هاي سواد اطلاعاتي كتابداران سازمان فرهنگي تفريحي شهرداري اصفهان بر اساس مدل آيزنبرگ و بركويتز

Determining the amount of information literacy skills of librarians in cultural recreational organization of Isfahan Municipality according to the model Izanberg and Brecoitz.

هدف: هدف اين پژوهش تعيين ميزان مهارت‌هاي سواد اطلاعاتي كتابداران سازمان فرهنگي تفريحي شهرداري اصفهان بر حسب مدل آيزنبرگ و بركويتز است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر پيمايش - توصيفي است. همه كتابداران كتابخانه‌هاي سازمان فرهنگي تفريحي شهرداري اصفهان مشتمل بر 240 نفر جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را شكل داده است. روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده و حجم نمونه 137 نفر است. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته است كه ضريب پايايي آن با استفاده از فرمول آلفاي كرونباخ 87/0 محاسبه شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پي اس اس در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي انجام گرفت. يافته‌ها: بر اساس نتايج حاصله ميانگين كليه مولفه‌ها بيشتر از سطح متوسط بود و بيش‌ترين ميانگين مربوط به مهارت ارزيابي با ميانگين 21/4 و كم‌ترين، مربوط به مهارت مكان‌يابي و دسترسي اطلاعات با ميانگين 07/4 بوده است. نتيجه گيري: نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه كتابداران سازمان فرهنگي تفريحي شهرداري اصفهان ميزان كاربرد مولفه‌هاي مهارت‌هاي سواد اطلاعاتي بر اساس مدل آيزنبرگ و بركويتز را بيشتر از سطح متوسط مي‌دانند. نتايج هم‌چنين نشان داد كه بين نظرات پاسخ‌گويان بر حسب متغيرهاي جمعيت شناختي رشته تحصيلي و سطح تحصيلات تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد.

Purpose: the aim of this study is to determine the amount of information literacy skills of librarians in cultural recreational organization of Isfahan Municipality according to the model Izanberg and Brecoitz. Methodology: this study is a descriptive survey. The population consists of all librarians (240 people) of Cultural recreational Organization of Isfahan Municipality. Simple random sampling method was used and sample was included137 people. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used and reliability coefficient was calculated 87 percent using Cronbach’s alpha. The data using SPSS software was analyzed at descriptive and inferential levels. Findings: according to the results the mean of all the components were greater than the average level and the highest average related to skill evaluation with 4.21 and the lowest was related to locate and access information with mean 4.07. Conclusion: the results of this study showed that the librarians of cultural recreational organization of Isfahan Municipality consider the amount of information literacy skills components application more than the average level based on the model Izanberg and Brecoitz. The results also showed that , there is significant difference based on demographic factors, field of study and level of education.
