بررسي عوامل فرهنگي و اجتماعي موثر بر منزلت اجتماعي معلمان

آموزش و پرورش به‌منزله قلب پيكره جامعه است كه موجب رشد و پيشرفت بخش‌هاي ديگر جامعه مي‌شود. با مطالعه تاريخ كشورهاي پيشرفته متوجه مي‌شويم آموزش و پرورش در ارتقاي بخش‌هاي ديگر كشورنقش پررنگي بر عهده دارد. اما نكته مهم اين است كه اهميت تعليم و تربيت به عوامل آن بر مي‌گردد و در ميان عوامل آموزشي و پرورشي، «معلم» مهم‌ترين عامل تلقي مي‌شود. تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي عوامل فرهنگي و اجتماعي موثر بر منزلت اجتماعي معلمان انجام شده است. اين تحقيق توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري تحقيق معلمان مدارس مقطع ابتدايي و متوسطه شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي 93-92 با نمونه آماري شامل 384 نفر(طبق جدول مورگان) است كه به روش تصادفي خوشه‌اي از ميان پنج منطقه (16،13،10،7،3) انتخاب و بررسي شده‌اند. ابزار اصلي تحقيق براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بوده است. پس از مرور كتابخانه‌اي و اينترنتي اسناد و منابع مربوط به پيشينه منزلت اجتماعي در ايران و جهان، يازده مولفه شناسايي‌شده فهرست شد و نيز از معلمان خواسته شد بر اساس طيف ليكرت و با توجه به اهميت آنها به‌عنوان عوامل تاثيرگذار بر منزلت اجتماعي، امتيازي بين 1 تا 5 به آنها اختصاص دهند. روايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش روايي محتوا و با نظر چندين صاحب‌نظر در حوزه تعليم و تربيت پس از اعمال اصلاحات تاييد شد. براي حصول از پايايي پرسشنامه تحقيق نيز از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ بهره گرفته شد كه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ برابر 85/0 به دست آمد و بدين گونه ابزار تحقيق تاييد و در اختيار پاسخگويان قرار داده شد. پس از گردآوري و ورود داده‌ها به رايانه با كمك نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 5/11، از آزمون t تك نمونه‌اي و آزمون فريدمن براي تحليل داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه از 11 مولفه، ميانگين 8 مولفه بالاتر از ميانگين متوسط بوده است. از طرف ديگر نتايج آزمون فريدمن نيز نشان داد كه مهم‌ترين عوامل تاثيرگذار بر منزلت اجتماعي معلمان شامل اصلاح نگرش جامعه به مصرف‌كننده بودن آموزش و پرورش، ارج نهادن به ارزش‌هاي حرفه معلمي در جامعه و قدرداني مادي و معنـوي از معلمان، فراهم كردن زمينه مشاركت معلمان در فعـاليت‌هاي اجتماعي- فرهنگي جامعه و اولويت دادن به تعليم و تربيت دركنار موضوعات مهم و كلان كشوري بوده است.

Education similar to the heart in the body stimulates the growth and development of other sectors in the society. By studying the educational system in advanced countries, we realize that education plays a determining role in promoting the development in the other parts of the country. However, the important thing is that, "teacher" is considered the most important factor in the educational system. The present study aims to assess the social and cultural factors affecting the social status of teachers. It is a descriptive survey research. Our statistical population cover all the teachers of elementary and secondary schools in Tehran in the year 93-92 with a sample consisting of 384 persons selected randomly from five regions (16,13,10,7,3). For gathering data, the authors used researcher-made questionnaire. After reviewing the documents, library and Internet resources background and teacher?s social status in the world, eleven components were identified and the teachers were asked to assign a score between 1 and 5, based on the Likert scale and according to their importance as factors influencing social status. Research tool in terms of validity was content and confirmed by some professional professors. Cronbach alpha was used for determining the questionnaire reliability )=0.85). Data analysis was conducted by means of SPSS software program (version 11.5). The results showed that in 11 areas, the score given to component 8 was higher than the average. On the other hand, Friedman test showed that the most important factors affecting the social status of teachers, including changing publicʹs attitude toward consumer education, enhancing the value of teaching profession in the society, supporting teachers both in material and spiritual dimensions, participation of teachers in social-cultural and educational activities are among important factors.
