مدل پذيرش فناوري با تاكيد بر شرايط(فرهنگي) ايران

Technology acceptance model with emphasis on the cultural conditions of Iran

زماني كه سخن از ورود فناوري به جريان زندگي روزمره در كشور يا جامعه خاصي به ميان مي‌آيد، مفهوم انتقال فناوري و متعاقباً اثرات آن بر زندگي و اخلاق افراد جامعه اغلب مورد توجه قرار مي‌گيرد. فناوري از اين جهت كه باعث افزايش سطح رفاه، بالا رفتن ميزان سرعت در كارها، افزايش سلامت و اميد به زندگي مي‌شود، همواره مطلوب بوده و از سوي ديگر، به دليل برخي اثرات ناخواسته و غير قابل كنترل آن، ممكن است براي جامعه و خانواده‌ها نامطلوب باشد. بنابراين، اگر فناوري بدون فرهنگ‌سازي و آموزش صحيحِ بهره برداري آن، وارد جامعه‌اي گردد، ممكن است مورد سو استفاده و بهره‌برداري‌هاي نادرست قرار گيرد. در اين مقاله باتوجه به پيشرفت سريع فناوري، نياز روزافزون به تبادل اطلاعات با ديگر جوامع بشري و نيز تفاوت فرهنگي، رويكردي جهت به حداقل رساندن اثرات منفي بهره‌برداري فناوري‌هاي نوين و حفظ و تقويت اثرات مثبت آن ارايه شده است. در اين رويكرد، يك سازمان مديريت فناوري مبتني بر مدل اصلاح شده پذيرش فناوري پيشنهاد شده است، به‌نحوي‌كه اثرات منفي فرهنگي را به جنبه‌هاي مثبت تبديل نمايد.

When we talk about the advent of technologies in daily life of a particular country or society, the concept of technology transfer and the subsequent effects on life and morality of the people are often debatable. Although, technology has been always pleasant due to increasing welfare, accelerating work, and improving health and life expectancy, but it can be unfavorable to society and families owing to some of its unexpected and uncontrollable effects. Therefore, if technology enters a community without its culture-making and proper training in exploitation, it would be misused. In this paper, due to rapid progress of technology, growing need to information exchange with other societies, and cultural differences, an approach is presented to minimize the negative impacts of utilizing fresh technologies, and preserve and strengthen their positive effects. In this approach, a technology management organization based on modified technology acceptance model is proposed whose negative cultural effects will be changed to positive aspects.
