مكانيابي پاركينگ‌هاي عمومي در ارتباط با توسعه پايدار شهري با استفاده از مدل AHP (مطالعه موردي : شهر ني ريز)

با توسعه روزافزون شهري و افزايش ترافيك، آلودگي هوا و صوتي، ازدحام و شلوغي، معضل كمبود محل توقف وسايل نقليه بخصوص در مناطق مركزي شهرها، گريبان گير اكثر شهرهاي كشور مي‌باشد. در شهر ني‌ريز عدم ايجاد پاركينگ‌هاي كافي همزمان با توسعه معابر و كاربري‌هاي شهري، باعث معضلاتي در سيستم حمل و نقل و ترافيك شهري شده است و نياز به افزايش ظرفيت معابر و اختصاص فضاي بيشتر به ترافيك، مكانيابي محل‌هاي مناسب براي احداث پاركينگ‌هاي غيرحاشيه‌اي را در جهت كاهش ميزان توقف‌هاي حاشيه اي در اين منطقه ضروري ساخته است. در اين شهر يك پاركينگ عمومي فعال با ظرفيت پارك 500 خودرو، مساحتي حدود 6000 مترمربع را شامل مي‌شود. علاوه بر اين در طراحي و ساخت اين پاركينگ از روش‌هاي سنتي بهره گرفته شده است كه استفاده معقول و بهينه‌اي از زمين هاي با ارزش شهري را در پي ندارد. ولي عدم توزيع مناسب پاركينگ در سطح شهر در حد نياز، همچنين طراحي و كيفيت نامناسب تاسيسات و تجهيزات پاركينگ عمومي و...، باعث مشكلات فراوان حمل و نقل در اين شهر شده است. لذا با اعمال ضوابط و معيارهاي موثر در مكانيابي پاركينگ ها همچون فاصله از مراكز جاذب سفر، شبكه معابر، هزينه تملك زمين و كيفيت ابنيه و كاربري‌هاي مناسب احداث پاركينگ و...، سعي شده است كه محل‌‌هاي بهينه براي احداث پاركينگ در منطقه مطالعاتي با استفاده از GIS مشخص شود. روش پژوهش براساس هدف كاربردي و براساس ماهيت توصيفي- تحليلي مي‌باشد. مدل بكار گرفته شده در اين پژوهش، ) AHPمدل تحليل سلسله مراتبي) مي‌باشد كه تمام پارامترهاي بكارگرفته شده با روش همپوشاني وزني و مقايسه دو به دو اولويت بندي شده اند كه تراكم جمعيت خالص با وزن 3742/0 در بالاترين اولويت و كيفيت بنا با ارزش0224/0 در پايين‌ترين اولويت قرار گرفتند. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش بيانگر مكانيابي نسبتاً مناسب پاركينگ عمومي موجود در شهر ني ريز مي‌باشد.

This city including is in a public parking with a capacity of 500 car parking area is about 6000 square meters. The results is of this study demonstrated modest locate public parking available in the city enthusiasts. But lack of proper distribution of parking in the city as required, the optimum use of existing urban areas to build their, as well as has plenty of problems inadequate parking facilities and equipment design and quality of public transportation the city Neyriz. Therefore, has been tried be determined applying the criteria and standards as effective in locating garages absorber travel distance of the centers, Street network, land acquisition costs and quality of suitable land for construction of buildings and parking and etc, The optimum locations for the construction of parking in the study area using GIS. The aim of the research methods applied and the descriptive nature - is analytic. Model used in this study is AHP (model hierarchical analysis) the All parameters were applied and compared using weighted overlap between the two are priorities The population density was 0/3742 Net weight priority of the highest quality and the value 0/0224 was the lowest priority The results of this study Show Public parking is available in a convenient location in Neyriz city.
